The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

We spent 12 weeks whilst our own house was being repaired. Liana was helpful in making our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Very handy for restaurants, cinema , transport and dog friendly park.

Pip's place is just lovely - beautifully renovated and hasn't lost any of its old world feel. It is an easy walk to cafes and parks with the tram to the city just up the road. Located within 10 or so minutes drive of St Kilda made it perfect for us. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Melbourne.

House is perfectly situated close to all that is great about Melbourne, right by chapel st but far enough away to be away from hustle and bustle of the vibrant street - public transport close at hand for venturing into CBD or beach. House itself is immaculate, two great sized bedrooms, an awesome bathroom with added bonus of underfloor heating and the open plan kitchen, living room that opens up to the garden is just so relaxing - highly recommended.

My family and I had a fantastic stay. Everything we needed was supplied and it was beautiful and comfortable accomodation. Highly recommended and great value for money.

The house was in a great location next to supermarkets, cafes restaurants and tram. it was a quiet street with a quiet neighbour. The beds were comfy and hot water bottles were provided. Heating was great so we were never cold

This was our 7th Melbourne stay in just over 3 years and the first time in Richmond. Close to the city and all amenities are just a short walk away. Located in a wide quiet street and garage parking a bonus. The configuration was ideal for us and family.

So spacious, immaculate and clean. Very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. It is clear that a great deal of thought, time and effort has gone into making this home functional, comfortable and just a great home away from home. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and we can't wait to come back and stay again next time we're in Melbourne. Thank you so much to James and Margot for being absolutely lovely hosts.

What a great place to stay, the renovations are amazing. It had everything you need and more. We also loved that you were so close to restaurants, chemist and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.

We loved staying at Cal's place. It's always nice staying at an Airbnb which feels like someone's home, not just a company managing it. Its a beautifully renovated space and looks exactly like the photos. The location is great, walking distance to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as an easy 2minute walk to the train station to get to the city. The linen was comfy and fluffy doonas to boot! Plenty of parking. The fire and coffee machine are a nice touch. We loved it here. Thanks for having us.

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Gemima was a warm and engaged host who delivered such nice personal touches. Felt like a home away from home, especially good for us was the outdoor area and dog friendly space that my dog was able to join us for the stay.
