Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely and very comfortable, perfect for going skiing at mount snow and cross country skiing and prospect mountain. We were really glad to have picked it. The house is spacious, we all had a lot of room to ourselves, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The farm is gorgeous. Great grocery stores nearby. Sharon was amazing - so helpful when a winter storm threatened to make it hard for us to drive home. She offered us extra time or even another night discounted, which was really generous. She also communicated with friends to help us determine if the road back to NYC had been cleared. We are so grateful for her help! We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the farm even more.

If you are reading this review.. BOOK this place right now. I have stayed in over 50 AirBnB’s across the US and this one stands out on another level. The attention to detail in every corner. The cleanliness. The amazing hospitality with the host walking us around the entire place giving us a tour. All the games blankets full bar and kitchen utensils were an amazing touch. I would easily go back. Loved this cabin so much it was home away from home. Did a small friend’s gathering for New Year’s Eve we spent 4 days here and didn’t want to leave. I’m telling you, if you see this review just book it. There isn’t a better option.

This was my first ever experience with AirBNB. I couldn't have stayed at a better location for my first experience! Melissa's home was warm welcoming and beautiful. I stayed for four nights with my four children. There was plenty of space for all of us. Although my youngest still chose to sleep with me lol the bed was still big enough for the two of us. The pool was absolutely perfect, my kids loved it! The hot tub was very relaxing and very easy to use. My kids really enjoyed it too. The grill worked wonderfully and the fire pit was great for smores. The covered patio made watching my kids enjoy the pool even more relaxing for me, I'm a ginger so if I can be outside and out of direct sunlight that's a huge bonus for me. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Melissa was very responsive when I had questions and I cannot thank her enough for the great week. We'll be back next June for another week! Can't wait to return to this fantastic vacation spot!

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. 9 adults and 3 children all met up for a family weekend! We came from NY, NH and Maine! The house was perfect! Plenty of room to gather or separate! Even tho it was a chilly rainy weekend the kids managed to get in plenty of pool time! Tanya was very responsive and Melvin was the greatest! Our first morning he came right over to fix a slow drain. Diana and family were amazing super friendly, accommodating and checked in on use through out. We arrived later than expected but Diana waited for us and showed us around the property. We even got to see her dogs, meet her family, met the horse on the property behind and great conversations with Diana. She made us feel right at home. She prepped the pool for us, left us some good snacks and offered lots of recommendations. When you visit check out the theater set up, it’s pretty cool with insane sound system and clear video. Comfortable beds and all around beautiful property. If you visit in the summer it is a little warm on the second floor but we cooled off in the pool and just made sure to turn the fans on. It was the perfect birthday trip, relaxing, private and homey. My family and I are already looking forward to the next trip. Thank you to Diana for everything and hope we can meet again! 100% recommend.

A beautiful location, walking distance from a general store, easy to find. Lots to do in many restaurants within a short drive. a great Four season location. You might need four-wheel-drive during mud season.

Our stay at the lake was truly amazing! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for enjoying the lake. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

This home was very quiet, private, and comfortable. It was exactly as described. The hosts were very informative and kind. This home was filled with just about anything you would need being away from home. The deer and birds were fun. I hope that I can make a return trip.

We had a wonderful time. This place is not only totally clean and well stocked but is very tastefully remodeled and decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all a good size. The neighborhood is quiet and yet very close to downtown so that you can walk to restaurants easily. This was well worth the money for the six or us. Thank you.

Our stay at the Vermont House was nothing short of magical. We spent a few days there while visiting family, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be more convenient—everything in town was just a short drive or walk away. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the house itself. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away. The photos online don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful and cozy it is in person. Every room is thoughtfully decorated with rustic charm and warmth, and it’s clear the owners have poured so much love and care into every detail. One of the most touching moments was arriving to find a handwritten welcome note waiting for us, along with a basket of local treats and wine. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture—it made us feel instantly welcomed and appreciated. We made so many wonderful memories here, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. If I could give this place more than 5 star

Gene’s house is a place of peaceful quiet and beauty. It’s well appointed and comfortable, with wireless and all the various conveniences, but it’s far more than that. The separation between the interior and the beautiful meadow and forest outside dissolves through Gene’s use of windows and glass doors, and the calming sound of falling water can be heard in every room. His use of color and symmetry create an environment that allows you to decompress, and as a result, you can’t help but to connect with the beauty of the forest. The waterfalls are wonderful to sit by; it was too early in the season for a swim in a cold mountain stream, but that’s just me. The design and setting of the home is a reflection of Gene. If you visit, I recommend that you get to know him a bit. His kind attentiveness makes him a first-rate host, but it’s part and parcel of his uncommon connection to the world around him. Gene was more than a host to us- he became a true friend. We will be back.

The home and location are great, but the hosts are what make this place. They go above and beyond to make your stay special.

Delia's house was a lovely place to stay in, even for such a short visit. We came to Hoosick Falls for a family funeral and were looking for something that could fit 6 people and be close by to downtown Hoosick Falls. The house was lovely and the grounds are beautiful! We arrived late at night and left the next morning so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the house and grounds as much as we would have liked. Delia was very responsive throughout the booking and arrival process which was much appreciated! I wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Delia! Mike

From the moment we turned into the lane shaded by ancient sugar maples, we knew this place would be special, and with each new discovery—-of the spacious, bright, chef-worthy kitchen and the many delicious treats, the enclosed herb and flower garden with long tables under an arbor (and the lovely gardener’s invitation to cut a bouquet) the top-quality pickleball court with an abundance of balls, the mowed paths that led across fields, up hills to even more spectacular views, and through wooded copses, and the delight of the thoughtful, sophisticated and totally comfortable interior design—-we felt at home and cared for, honored guests rather than renters. Delia stopped by to greet us. She and her husband seem to be loving stewards of this extraordinary property, and we were grateful to have experienced its magic.

Alexander was quick to respond and was kind and generous enough to let us know that the house was ready and we could check in early if we wanted to…very nice! Very comfy furniture and we loved the eclectic decor. The bathroom faucet and drain cover is gorgeous. And there is a beautiful African violet and avocado plant in the kitchen window, as well as an ivy plant in one of the bedrooms. First Airbnb to have live plants! Alexander obviously tries to have whatever you may need. The road was a lot noisier than expected, but it did get quiet at night. Shower had great water pressure. Great place to stay if you want to be in town.

Jason is incredibly accommodating. We've been visiting for two years now and absolutely love everything—the location, the easy access to town, and the place is so warm definitely a plus to have your own fireplace after ski the whole day. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved the clementine cottage! It was a perfect peaceful getaway. The house was so clean and absolutely adorable. Excellent hosts!! We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

This place is nice and quiet in small town as advertised. Little over 20 minute drive to Saratoga racetrack. Will stay there again when I come back to Saratoga.

Eli's home is in a great location; easily walkable to MassMoca and downtown. It's small but cute and has everything one needs to cook, rest, etc. There are a couple of things to be mindful of... - The upstairs bedrooms get quite hot in the warm weather, and the ACs are very loud, as is the fan. I highly recommend bringing earplugs; we only had one pair, and my husband didn't sleep well during the hot night (we both slept well the other nights!). This is not the first time we've experienced this at an Airbnb, and it would be super nice if hosts provided quiet ACs for their rentals. Eli is responsible, so I'm sure he'll figure out an alternative. The bed was very comfortable! - There are a lot of steep stairs (inside and out), which normally isn't an issue, but we were traveling with our heavy e-bikes and had to carry them up and down the stairs, and that kept us from going for several spontaneous bike rides. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Eli's and would recommend his home.
