Place was great! Multiple restaurant options right out the doorstep, including a nice Italian bakery and local coffee shop. Easy walk to the metro gives access to all of Boston. Very clean and off street dedicated parking was a huge bonus.

Marina and her husband just renovated this unit and did a fantastic job. Higher-end appliances and design choices were made throughout. The decor is tasteful, the kitchen is large for a 2-bedroom unit, and the in-unit washer dryer worked great, as did the A/C and TVs in every room. Wi-fi was solid. Marina was very quick to answer questions and we had no problems while there. This place is a great home away from home in Somerville/Cambridge/Boston. We had four adults there and it was very comfortable for all. Highly recommended!

The location is great. It’s not very far from Route 2, so it’s easy to reach by car. It’s an easy walk to downtown Arlington, where there are plenty of restaurants. There is also easy access to several bus lines. The apartment itself has plenty of space and is well laid out. There is not a full kitchen, but the setup has a coffeemaker and an electric kettle (as tea drinkers, my son and I were big fans of the electric kettle), and the small fridge and microwave would make it possible to store and use leftovers. It’s worth knowing that the bathroom and the area for washing dishes are a bit separated from the main apartment area, but both were still very usable. Also, since it’s an older building, you’ll hear people upstairs walking around, and the dehumidifier is fairly loud. We knew in advance that there would be some noise, and it wasn’t a problem for us, but if you are very sensitive, it is something to consider. All in all, we would stay here again.

John is an exceptional host, and truly represents what Airbnb was probably built to be. He was response and attentive and his place is comforting, clean and quite spacious.

We felt right at home at Mary Ann’s place, which was just as described. Mary Ann met us when we arrived after a long flight and was responsive throughout our visit, even lending us things from her home upstairs to make our trip more comfortable. She was friendly each time we ran into her walking her dog. It was also a perfect place for young kids, with several great libraries and playgrounds a short walk away. Mary Ann even lent us a few items she has on hand for her granddaughter. It was a pleasure to be hosted and feel at home! Great value.

Wonderful place. We had a car, driveway parking, so not sure how public transportation is. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, you must walk to major stops. I'm sure it's fine, beautiful area to walk the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location with several great places to eat and shop in walking distance. Used for Harvard graduation with my wife and I and adult children. Parking - one space on street right out front with included parking pass provided. We had no issues, but local parking enforcers are strict. I saw him pacing off the 10 feet to the fire 🔥 hydrant. And they do check often. Host is VERY helpful and responsive. House had everything needed for our wonderful stay, pack n play, washer & dryer. Very clean & quiet.

Staying at Martha’s place in Arlington truly felt like a home away from home. We were in town for a longer stay, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient; just a short walk to Arlington’s restaurants, cafés, and even a local gym, which made settling in so easy. Martha was absolutely lovely, so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and her care really made all the difference. The space itself was perfect, giving both my dad and me the room we needed while still feeling cosy and homey. We genuinely loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again to Martha for taking such great care of us, I definitely hope to return again soon!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful place with all the comforts of home - really! There wasn't one thing missing...Courtney has the flat stocked with so many little extras that whatever you need, it's there! Beds, furniture & towels were all comfy, bathroom, bedrooms & kitchen were both roomy & spotless and the backyard was a beautiful, nice, quiet retreat. Thank you for having us!! I hope to be back to rent again when I'm in Boston (-:

We needed a quiet place for a short trip. Don’s apartment worked out really well. It is spacious and very clean, beds are comfortable, thermostat is adjustable, and you can park in the driveway. We appreciated that the kitchen is stocked with basics (salt, pepper, vinegar etc). Despite the lack of cooking range (there’s an electric skillet), we were able to cook simple meals. Great place.

Frank and Nina’s place is such a gem in Belmont! The backyard garden is especially beautiful for summer nights! Nina and Frank are also really friendly, communicative and accommodating! The place is very warm and clean. Highly recommend!

As mentioned in other reviews, this place was truly amazing! While other accommodations in Boston were quite expensive, this one was much more affordable without compromising on quality. There were many places within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy shopping and great food. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect environment for studying. If I ever come back to Boston, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Kemi was a wonderful host and this place is superb! Everything exceeded our expectations. It was about a 10-minute walk to the train to get into Boston, which was perfect. Great place, lots of space with a balkony. We felt very comfortable in this neighbourhood and at the appartment. The beds are very good. All was there to be able to cook. Patricia answers quick if you have any questions. Lots of stores close by. Its easy to get an Uber or Lyft. Target is around the corner. Grotere store 15 minutes walk. We had a great time!

Great spot in an awesome location! Very clean and easy check in/out. Close to restaurants and a quick drive to museums/galleries. Would definitely book again.

This condo was perfect for what we needed. Just two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room, so we could relax in between walking adventures. I wish I had come across this back in the fall when my daughter was playing soccer for Northeastern because the soccer field is literally across the street. There is a nice walking trail about a quarter of a mile away. We really liked Coolidge Corners. Easy to get Ubers. The place was perfect and comfortable and easy to get in/out.

Our stay was wonderful, everything was very clean and cozy. We had plenty of room for our group and was very convenient going to and from Boston for all of our activities. The host(s) were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay here, I had trouble parking and the host was extremely responsive and offered to even let me stay in their driveway. I had no issues and I was very happy with the space I had!

We had a great stay! The location was great, the pool and hot tub were both clean and enjoyable. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with!

This place is an amazing spot for anyone looking for a beach getaway. You can walk to just about anywhere in Nahant within 10-15 minutes, including a few different beaches. The perfect spot to be able to take full advantage of some free time!

Beautiful condo, perfect for 2 people! Everything you need was provided. Deck was lovely. The location can’t be beat. Highly recommend for a Fun Boston Experience!
