Michael and Sandra’s place was as we were hoping, peaceful and private. They were always responsive to any questions we had and were close by if needed.

If I could rate Brenda's place with a million stars, I would. This place was amazing. We came to Colorado (from Buffalo) for a family wedding and stayed with family members in Brenda's house. Roomy, clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. Brenda thought of every detail. Brenda was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Everything was labeled in the kitchen so while cooking I didn't have to keep randomly opening cabinets looking for what I needed. I even took home a few ideas for my own kitchen :) Even though the place is owner-occupied, you would never know it. It was very quiet. The deck, hot tub, and firepit were a beautiful way to relax after running back and forth to the wedding venue for 2 days. Waking up in the morning and stepping out on the deck to see the beautiful Pike's peak was absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home! If you have a date in mind and it's open -- don't hem and haw about it -- because it will be scooped up!

Amazing doesn’t come close to describing our stay! We loved it, and Lara was very communicative always there when we had questions! We had a lot of fun playing horse shoe and putting the puzzles together, we plan on coming back and definitely recommend staying here!

Barbara and Mary have a lovely home in such a unique community of Hot Springs Village! They were super helpful - especially when our cat got last minute carsickness. Instead of letting me figure it out, they jumped in, helped wash things and even did laundry for us. Talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND! Definitely deserve to be called Superhosts! This was a great stay!

Darryl’s place exceeded our expectations. The place is very well kept and in a great location that was close to every place we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay here if we visit the area again!

The house was beautiful and exactly as it was described. Kristen was very helpful and went out of her way to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. She also left a little book with instructions for everything as well as recommendations on places to go to eat and sight see.

Tami’s place was perfect for our night in Rocheport! We were able to safely store our bikes, wash our laundry, and relax before another day of riding the Katy Trail. The apartment was extremely clean and in a great area! It was extremely close to the trail and to the local cafe. We highly recommend Tami’s place!

The house was very clean and well maintained. Responsive hosts that were very accommodating of us and our dogs. On one or two occasions we were able to hear walking upstairs but they were not during the night or morning. Overall I highly recommend

We had a great stay at Joni’s. We stayed on a weekend with a big event happening downtown and appreciated walking easily to Mass Street and having a parking spot to leave our car at the house. It was great to be back in Lawrence! Thanks for a lovely Airbnb experience.

We had a wonderful time and spent a lot of time in the hot tub and looking at the mountains and lake! Wonderful kitchen and open living room area. Beds are very comfortable and shower is fabulous. The kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated all of the towels and robes. The glamping room was very comfortable even in 90 degree weather due to the fans and we loved the sinks. The stairs to the basement are not appropriate for elderly or pets. The fence has a few areas that need to be watched if you have a dog. Loved walking to the lake and enjoying mornings and evenings in the hot tub! Very responsive hosts. Thank you!

This was a great location for a decent price. Parking was just street parking so on the weekends prepare for that. And we didn’t know the house was shared with a tenant downstairs. They have a separate entrance and no access upstairs, but that bad part was that the floor was the most squeaky floor you could think of so we felt bad whenever walking around.

Meyllelys's place was *perfect* for our couples getaway! The Airbnb is only a couple of minutes off of I-35, but feels quite secluded and woodsy. There is a nearby house, but there's enough distance to where you needn't worry about privacy or noise. The Airbnb was lovely and clean, with plenty of space for the four of us to spend a fun afternoon and evening and to sleep well in the comfortable beds. Also, the AC was very effective in keeping the place cool on a day that felt like a hundred degrees. The tree swing and the ping pong table and the basketball hoop in the front yard were all fun touches! The only couple of *minor* issues were the lack of real sugar packets for coffee (there were only artificial sweeteners) and the lack of a stopper for the bathtub. However, I have no doubt that Meyllelys will have these on hand for future renters. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Judith's place is homey, well-equipped, and so comfortable. We loved it. The surrounding area is beautiful and you can walk to the nearby lavender farm. Judith was responsive and gracious. Highly recommend!

Exactly as described. The bed in the master was very comfortable. I so appreciated being able to have my dogs with me and access to a fenced in yard was awesome! Sharon was very responsive, and I had all information prior to check in. Super nice place, and I’ll definitely stay again!

Gwen's home was wonderful. Perfect size, very dog friendly, great use of space. Back yard was cozy, walkable neighborhood. Close to Downtown. Loved it , would stay again. Very helpful and responsive Thank you Gwen

Austin has thought of everything you might need for your stay. He has put thought, time and creativity into each room and the landscaping. He is a true artist. We had a great time doing the treasure hunt , with a valuable treasure at the end. It is truly a unique Airbnb experience. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the Springs!

We stayed one night. The condo was as described. Very nice layout of space. Very clean and taken care of. Enjoyed a quiet evening on the deck sipping on some adult beverages that were supplied by our host. The bed was very comfy and had a great night of rest. The late check out was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here here again when in the area.

The condo was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. It was close to restaurants and the grocery store. The kitchen had just what we needed to prepare dinners. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was warmed up and ready for us on arrival. Would stay here again!

Donald’s place was as described. Very clean. Easy to find. He communicated very well with me. It was perfect for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Friendly neighbors too!

What a great location! We have been to Taos multiple times and this was the best we have been to. The creek beside the condo, the short walk into the ski village, the kitchen and everything provided to us as a guest was perfect.

Like the others, we loved this condo. But in the spirit of leaving behind something more useful than “Great place! Would stay again!” here is brand new information: First, the bedside tables each have a little cubby perfectly sized for a CPAP machine. Rejoice! It could also house a bottle of vodka, a half-eaten package of Fig Newtons, and a copy of Anna Karenina. Probably. There are power outlets on both sides of the downstairs bed. This allowed me and my husband to charge our phones, which in turn allowed us to lie in bed side by side, scrolling TikTok until we questioned whether human connection was ever real in the first place. As for the bed itself: imagine being lovingly held by a giant, benevolent marshmallow. I slept so well we began to question whether we had any reason to ever leave the condo at all, which raised larger, more existential questions that I am still unpacking. In short: come for the condo, stay for the sleep. BYO Fig Newtons.

We were able to book last minute as earlier plans were canceled, and this was perfect for hiking & fishing in the area. Daniel responded quickly & gave detailed instructions to the condo. It was stocked with everything we needed & the condo very cozy. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony watching the hummingbirds.

Excellent location to the Garden of the Gods! Great walkable location to the stables or the garden. Place was well stocked and ready for guests! Appreciated the TV options for the evenings… very relaxing and near many restaurants and quaint places! Highly recommend this owner and place

Awesome experience . We booked this get away for our anniversary, to relax , reconnect , and reset . The atmosphere and environment was perfect for what we needed . I highly recommend .
