Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Arkansas River

Wow. Wow. Wow!! That’s all we can say about our stay at this home. Out of the places we have stayed at in the past in Branson, this is by far our favorite. From the moment we walked inside we were in love with the condo. It’s beautifully decorated, spotless, and cozy. With it being right on the lake, it also has the most gorgeous views, too. We loved being able to sit and have morning coffee on the balcony or just cozy up and read a book. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and also very spacious. Our other favorite thing about the condo was its location. You are in the middle of everything! I can’t think of a better, more centrally located place in the Branson area (while still being on the lake). We cannot recommend this place enough and hope to be back soon!

Emma and Chin’s place was great just what we were looking for. We enjoyed visiting our friends in Leavenworth and the Airbnb made the experience even better. Their home is so cute and comfortable perfect for our family! They were so accommodating and responsive to any issue that came up. So many thoughtful details and touches. I am definitely going to stay here again when I come back to Leavenworth!

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

Suite two was great to stay in. It looks as good if not better than the pictures. Job was very friendly and very responsive.

This was a great stay! The place was much larger than I expected. It has fun and comfortable decor. Everything was clean. The location is in a nice neighborhood. We walked to downtown restaurants and shopping and also to KU campus. Would definitely stay again!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

It's always great to have a host who knows how to problem solve and who genuinely wants you to have a great experience. I certainly felt that here. It's a lovely place with a helpful host.

Great home, close to Beaver Lake and not far from campus. Very peaceful.

We had a wonderful time, loved the neighborhood. Great for walks. House was perfect a lot of space for a large family or group, young and old!

We absolutely loved this house! Felt right at home, very private in a cute little subdivision. We had a blast relaxing in the couch, watching tv, playing ping pong, and playing in the game room. Michael was very proactive with any potential concerns. (Had a small issue with the garage door code, I didn’t think much of it, Michael messaged me and said it was fixed even before I could report it.) Absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!

I can't say enough about my amazing stay. Sarah is absolutely amazing and the home exceeds your expectations. Just appreciate and respect that this place goes above most places. Yes they have rules but they are fair and understandable so others can have great stays! YOU WILL NOT REGRET! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully restored home in Broken Arrow while attending our daughter’s graduation from Rhema Bible Training College, and it was truly a delight. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from elegant furnishings and antique touches to updated amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The house provided plenty of space for our family to relax, gather, and celebrate. The outdoor area was peaceful and well-maintained, adding to the restful atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Rose District with great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Everything we needed was close by, and getting around was easy. This home helped make a special weekend even more memorable. We’re grateful to the host for creating such a warm and welcoming space. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area!

Beryl West and Deb were top notch! The place is beautiful with designer touches everywhere you look. To start, the minute we arrived we felt like this would be a special place. It didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed staying in and watching movies as much as we did hitting Mezzaluna or Table Mesa. The beds slept well and Deb had the place stocked with everything you’d need and more. We will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for an affordable, immaculate, spacious place that’s perfectly situated in country serenity, yet conveniently close to just about every creature comfort…look no further! This home is gorgeous. The pics don’t even capture how open and welcoming it truly is. The location… felt very safe, private, quiet, breathtaking farm views anytime of day but highly recommended enjoying your am coffee on the front porch. From Prairie Base, it’s hard to believe town is only about 7 mins away. My family stayed with Amanda and Travis for my daughter’s basic training graduation at Ft. Leonard Wood. Easy access to the Hwy and an easy 40 min straight shot. The hosts - Communication check in/out instructions were timely and clear. Travis even took time out to provide us with some ranching advice and education. We are highly satisfied with our stay and if life brings us back to the area, we’ll book again!

One of the best places we stayed on our trip! The location truly can’t be beat. right in downtown Breckenridge with everything just a short walk away. We were able to park at the property and explore the town on foot, which made our stay super convenient and stress-free. The amenities were a huge bonus! Between the indoor/outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, saunas, and a game room, we had plenty to enjoy without even leaving the property. It made for a fun and relaxing stay. We did experience a small hiccup at check-in, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving everything quickly, which we really appreciated. That kind of service makes all the difference, and it's exactly why I’d 100% stay here again. Only suggestion: it would’ve been great if shampoo and conditioner were provided 🙃 But other than that, absolutely loved it!

This condo has a great view of the mountains and is perfectly located in downtown Breckenridge. The condo had everything we needed for our 2 night visit. Comfortable bed and nice amenities. Highly recommend.

AMAZING!! I would give Tammy and this gorgeous place more than 5 stars if I could!! Steps from lifts, restaurants, and shopping. Building has game room, movie room, health club, pool, hot tubs, and more! Beautifully and elegantly decorated, cozy, and so very comfortable!! The hosts truly thought of everything…higher end finishes, super comfortable couch, bed, barstools, linens, towels, games, well-stocked, etc.!! The large luggage closet fit all of our luggage too (and we have two very large pieces for our ski gear). We absolutely LOVED our stay here!! The amenities offered at the Village are everything you could hope for to have an incredible family vacation and make lifetime memories. Tammy was ALWAYS responsive, accommodating, and so very hospitable!! She really provides platinum level service that is remarkable and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Tammy!!!! You made our stay so very PERFECT! ❤️❤️❤️

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this condo. We've stayed in multiple different units in the Villages at Breckenridge, and in other condos in the area, but the Villages is our favorite overall. This particular condo was probably one of the best in terms of furnishings overall. Not all are created and furnished equally, but the use of the space was ideal, plenty of seating, comfortable furniture, etc. It just made living in the space easy and comfortable. Jeremy as the host was great. We only needed to contact him one time, and that was to determine if an early check in was an option. He quickly responded and we ended up checking in several hours early on our day of arrival. Everything else was proactive communication from the host on everything we could possibly need. Very good experience overall.

We absolutely loved our stay and truly wished it could have been longer! The gated community provided a great sense of security and peace of mind, and we really enjoyed the amenities—especially the pool and pickleball courts, which quickly became our favorites. The Airbnb itself was clean, modern, and beautifully furnished with updated appliances. It was such a comfortable stay, and we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We also appreciated the location—it was perfect being just a few miles away from all the fun and attractions in Branson, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and relaxation. All in all, we had a wonderful time and definitely plan to come back!
