Clark was an amazing host with a beautiful piece of land. Very nice host with great recommendations and very accommodating to our needs. Set us up perfect for the weekend with a private space and got fires started for us both nights which really helped make our weekend special thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough how wonderful our stay in Tanya's guesthouse. From her first response to our last good bye, Tanya was immediately responsive, always available, friendly, warm, welcoming, helpful, generous and extremely kind. Farm is beautiful, peaceful and serene, yet only minutes to several amenities. Her guest house is impeccably clean and tidy, well organised, unbelievably well equipped with any electronic or personal care item you may ever need. Lovely modern finishes, over-sized big windows that bring in lots of light and fresh country breezes. There are many accessibility features including no or low thresholds, wide barrier free open flowing floorplan and bathroom with extra wide door opening with large easy access shower that was bright, spacious, excellent water pressure and spotlessly clean. Gorgeous area, friendly locals, comfortable and safe. Loved our stay with Tanya, her beautiful human and dog family and look forward to visiting again. Thank you again Tanya & T : )

Marlo's place was perfect for our Father's Day weekend fishing trip. It was only 20 minutes from Farnum Creek ramp, which is where we normally launch onto Milford Lake. The place was very quiet with country surroundings. He had an electrical outlet for plugging in the boat and there was plenty of parking. Marlo visited to ensure we had everything we needed and also offered an alternate entrance/exit to the place so that we didn't have to turn the boat/trailer around. The interior of the place was just amazing - a true man's cave but I, as a woman, even enjoyed all of the memorabilia, fun machines, workout equipment and table games. The garage door used as a guest comment was so creative. Would highly recommend and we hope to stay here again.

This has to be the neatest space I’ve ever rented! The pictures don’t do it justice; it’s so much more fun and intriguing in person! There was such a cornucopia of interesting curiosities in every corner. The place was super clean, with every accommodation we could’ve hoped to have and more. The shower is also incredible, along with the unique bathroom sink! We were very comfortable and couldn’t have selected a more perfect place for a weekend getaway. It makes me only want to stay at themed Airbnbs going forward :)

Beautiful property! Lots of privacy and felt very safe. Alex and Kristin were so kind and welcoming! We were given a small tour of the property when we arrived and had any questions answered! Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Loved staying here. The space matches the personality of Fayetteville- it’s funky! Thoughtfully and artistically decorated, this space was well organized and fit a lot into the studio. We appreciated the small touches that were included, like a map of the bike trails, the teas set out for us variety of games. Walking distance to great restaurants like wood stone, arsagas and the meteor, as well as about a mile from the square. The trail is at your footsteps! Would recommend this to anyone and will be a repeat customer in the future.

Hosts were very friendly greeting us outside when we arrived and saying goodbye when we left. We enjoyed a nice, quiet and restful weekend. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

The place was really big for the two of us. Nicely decorated, the bed (mattress and linens) was great, and just an overall private feel with so much outdoor space including the pool.
