Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arkansas River

This was our second visit to this home. We celebrated our anniversary last fall and returned last week with our kids and pup. We loved getting to share this place that we've come to love so much! The furniture is extremely comfortable, there is a ton of space to put away your things (including groceries!), and the surroundings are gorgeous. Our very favorite place is the large covered patio. If you're looking for a peaceful escape that's great for a couple or a small family, you have found it. We will be back soon.

Absolutely loved our stay in the tree house. So cozy and private and we were very impressed with how Emily thought everything you might need, down to the tiniest detail. It was close to Downtown for shopping, shows, dining etc. Great all around!!

Event Horizon was a feast for the senses. It was a delight to look out any window and be surrounded by nature. The air was fresh and smelled of pine. Our stay was filled with sunshine and thunderstorms and the forest would change with the weather and never got boring. When you wake up you hear the sound of songbirds singing, not traffic. Kelly was super friendly and responsive and, as the description stated, they had many things available that made the stay even more comfortable. We hiked nearby trails, visited lake Ouachita, and even kayaked on the river below. I highly recommend it and would love to come back someday!

Home was beautiful, updated, and with gorgeous views! We loved our stay and wish we could wake up to those views everyday! Everything was as advertised and would highly recommend this home.

We loved staying at The Earth House! Kate and Richard were friendly and attentive hosts, the house had a great vibe and esthetic. We loved going to The Earth Cafe next door for breakfast and lunch. The location of the house is very convenient. A quick and easy drive to 1-35 and Main street, while still being in a charming old neighborhood not far from OU and downtown Norman.

So as a couple who has been using A B&A over the last 10 years from Tennessee, Texas, Colorado, Oregon & Washington this was the most beautifully decorated & well described B&B. Everything was clean, well maintained, sheets, & linens are top quality. space is perfect for two, location is quiet off the road & peaceful to enjoy that big Texas sky! We would highly recommend Dahrlas place, (except for when we visit again)

What a delight! the house was immaculate, the property is beautiful and peaceful! we enjoyed our get away at Oak Springs Retreat very much! Matt is an amazing host!

This cabin was a peaceful, private location and we would visit again. Pros: Super private location Amazing views Comfortable furniture Large bathtub Natural light Surprisingly free of pests/evidence of pests indoors Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchenware, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Things to consider: We could not get the wi-fi working, but we're there to unplug, so it wasn't an issue for us. Very open concept, which was lovely as a couple, but would have been uncomfortable for a larger group. Very remote location, bring in everything you'll need - you won't want to leave once you get there. The drive in is unpaved gravel and hilly, just like the hosts say. Not every vehicle/driver can handle it. The mosquitoes are present, especially in the early summer being so close to the river. We expected some bug control (candles, plants, or bug spray) and there was none. You might consider bringing your own. There is a heavily used train track between the cabin and the river.

Michael and Sandra’s place was as we were hoping, peaceful and private. They were always responsive to any questions we had and were close by if needed.

The PERFECT getaway place.!!! Condo was immaculately cleaned and every detail was thought of 🙂 We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The decor and style of the place was beautiful...we didnt ever want to leave. 🥹 Thanks for sharing your piece of Branson with us!!

Amazing place to stay and have some peace of mind!

Savannah was a great host. She made sure everything was to our expectations and asked if we needed anything. Great response time if we had any questions or trouble with anything. Definitely recommend her place! 10/10!

What a great place to stay. I didn't get a chance to meet Karen, but I did meet Brian. Super cool host. They obviously put a lot of care into this apartment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bentonville. Location is very walkable to everything downtown, and you can bike to all the trail areas. I didn't really have to move the car while I was there. Really first class all around! Thanks for a great stay.

My husband and I came down for a desperately needed break from our crazy lives. The apartment was just perfect. Clean and well appointed, they thought of everything. There are loads of places to plug in your devices, a nice wardrobe to put your clothes in, and even books to read. We will be back for sure to soak up some more of the stunning view.

Beautiful place to stay wish it was right on the lake. But it is down a steep hill. Other than that it is a beautiful peaceful place to stay I would definantly go back

I always appreciate a downtown location that has easily accessible parking. Jake was a great host who made the arrival and check-in process seamless, and was always friendly and responsive. The home itself was beautiful - exactly as pictured but better in person. It was pristine, well-decorated, and comfortable and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Plenty of walkable options for food. This would be a great place to stay for a longer trip, so needless to say I would certainly recommend!

Very short stay for us, but the set up and the delicious snacks and chocolate the host had available to us was amazing. We will stay here again, when we are back in there area and tell our friends and family as well!

My daughter and I stayed this past weekend and I honestly could not say enough amazing things about this place! It was in the perfect location and in the friendliest area of condos! We met quite a few of the families/ owners and all were welcoming and friendly! The place was clean, beautiful view and had any amenity that you could ask for! We saw so many deer on our drive in so be careful as you are pulling it but my daughter thought that was really cool! The pool had a beautiful view and was very clean! I would book her again in a second! Thank you to the gracious hosts you really have a hidden gem in this condo! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay in Branson! Conveniently located near Silver Dollar City and easy access to everything. We loved the Ozark Mountain View, and she was continuously in touch checking on us.

This is such a great spot. Couldn’t be more centrally located on Dickson St. Had all the amenities you need while staying away from home. I would happily book again!!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb vacation rentals - most have been really great, but Amy’s condo was simply perfect. She has thought of everything - beach towels, sun screen, lovely robes, a welcome tray of goodies, a fully stocked coffee bar .. literally everything we wanted was at our finger tips. Amy even went so far as to leave adorable cake pops for my friend’s birthday!! The condo was immaculate and smelled so nice when we arrived! The back deck has comfortable furniture where we enjoyed a glass of wine each night. The condo is right next to the pool (super clean and quiet) which was really convenient. Amy was the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with - when we had an issue with accessing a streaming channel, she immediately responded and resolved the problem! You will not be sorry if you rent this adorable condo - it’s magic!

Nice condo, right on the lake with a great pool for the kids. Gated community that is secure. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. You will need to blow up the air mattress if you have 4 people. We had three and my son was able to sleep on the couch. Overall great stay.

This is my second time staying in one of Will’s properties and they all always clean and fully stocked! I will definitely book again soon!

Maryann's place was amazing! My mom and I came up for a quick weekend to attend a concert and had a great experience staying here. Even with coming in late from the concert, there was plenty of parking available at the complex. The host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend staying here!
