Luxury rentals in Arkansas River

Everything was as described. Very nice good sized house for our extended family. We loved our stay!

Omg I have never stayed in a house like this before. You feel like you’re on top of the world! This experience was so peaceful, unique, and the property and house are unreal. It’s cozy yet grand. The floor to ceiling windows everywhere brings in so much light and, depending on the weather, you feel like you are in a cloud or looking over the entirety of Colorado Springs. Sitting on the many balconies and relaxing in the hot tub, it truly was a luxurious experience. The biggest hot tub I’ve ever seen, we already want to bring our whole family back. Everything about this house is so beautiful. We loved the movie room in the garage, it felt like our own private movie theater. Pamela was an amazing host, so easy to reach and responsive. The house was so well stocked, cooking dinner was so much fun because the kitchen had everything we needed. My fiance and I already are looking at other Pamela’s Premier Properties for future stays! we couldn’t have enjoyed our experience more.

A wonderful house which was even cozier in person than in the photos. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to host a large dinner for family and friends. Appliances looked brand new and were high quality. Our crew took full advantage of the massive back deck - grilling, dining, and unwinding in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The walk into town was easy and took about 15min. We also found a neighborhood trail that connected to the Shook Hill gondola stop for a quick ride up the mountain or into town. A fantastic property overall!

The Vineyard is a beautiful property with incredible views. We especially loved the pool and deck area.....it was the perfect place to relax. The private trails on the property were a big highlight for my family. It was such a unique feature and made our stay even more special. The cabin was well-equipped and comfortable throughout. Customer service was excellent and very responsive. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly and professionally.

Simply one of the most stunning places I’ve ever been in my life and the accommodations were amazing. The only thing that was a bummer was they didn’t properly figure out why the flume didn’t work the first two days. So having a fire was a problem. They did get it sorted out though, and it didn’t dampen the experience much. Amazing accommodations will definitely be back next year.

Breckinridge is a beautiful town! The house was a perfect place to enjoy for kids and adults. It was cozy and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is just a short walk from the free shuttle service pickup which gives you access to everything you need in town and trails.

Gorgeous! Saw moose in the backyard. Views are stunning and so is the house. Tons of space and great finishes. Super responsive host. Highly recommend.

The Ridge is a beautiful with masterful artwork befitting the gallery owners behind the property. Tatiana was a warm & gracious host who made it effortless for my wife m & I to host a holiday family gathering. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would love to rent again so we could see what it looks like in summer.

Second time we stayed here, last time was in the summer and this time we came during the snowfall. It was still a wonderful time for all of us and beautiful inside and outside.
