Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Arkansas River

We had an amazing long weekend at this spot for a wedding, perfectly located between River Market and Power & Light, with the Library trolley stop right outside. Everything was super walkable, and the nearby restaurants were fantastic. The building looked great from the outside, and inside was modern, clean, and comfy with a nice king bed and layout for two. Having the full kitchen was great and the in unit laundry saved us with the KC heat. The AC also kept us nice and chilled (we’re basically penguins). Our host was awesome, always quick to respond and flexible with check-in/out around our flights. The place was quiet and private, perfect for relaxing before our friend's big day. Plus, the massage chair was a sweet bonus! Being so close to the wedding venue meant we could explore and get ready with zero stress. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting KC.

Great little hideaway in a super scenic spot. Clean, Robban was super responsive and gave me local suggestions, and was flexible with check in and check out time! Perfect for my solo getaway!

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

My husband and I came down for a desperately needed break from our crazy lives. The apartment was just perfect. Clean and well appointed, they thought of everything. There are loads of places to plug in your devices, a nice wardrobe to put your clothes in, and even books to read. We will be back for sure to soak up some more of the stunning view.

Honestly, one of the best Airbnbs. Made for a very comfortable and peaceful place. After 3pm, the area becomes even more quiet. It literally has everything you could need. Beats a hotel any day of the week!

I really don’t want to give a high rating because I’d love to keep this place all to myself! Quiet, secluded, and beautiful views. The apartment was cozy and clean. I felt right at home. I have already booked it again for my next stay next week.

What can I say about the view - heavenly! We even did a little walk up to the top of the mountain, which was a great morning workout to get the heart pumping. My kiddo also very much enjoyed the bunk bed situation and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Overall, the house was as described, the check-in instructions were very clear, and we were close to all the things we wanted to check out in Hot Springs/the lake.

We were in town for a family wedding at Cooper Chapel. Tanner's place is a mile from the venue, which was super convenient. I love how the bedrooms are all in separate corners of the house, so there is privacy even in a shared space. Tanner is very responsive and helpful. The house is well thought out and has everything you need when staying away from home. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay again.

My family had the best time staying at this house! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (5 and 8 years old). The house itself is beautiful. It looks newly built. We’re a big fishing family and having the dock right there was a huge bonus for us. The water was still a bit too cold to swim, but that didn’t stop the kiddos! They had a blast. The house has extra life jackets, fishing poles, and has kayaks! I know there’s some comments about the neighborhood looking rough compared to the beautiful home being rented, but the neighborhood wasn’t bad at all. We didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. I consider it just a normal “lake property” where there’s a mix of homes, RVs, trailers, etc. It didn’t bother us one bit. Thomas was quick to respond if we had a question. Everywhere we ate was delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

The home is so perfect. Everything was very thought out down to a straightener. 10/10 would go back. The old down town was beautiful. I would have never gone to Lawrence if it were not for a sporting event. The Airbnb was clean had great fans cozy beds and a great deck area! It was seriously great.

Beautiful home, felt very quiet and peaceful. Everything made us feel right at home. The only thing was the walk to the dock was steep, but doable. We had lots of fun on the lake with the canoes. Also, we appreciated all the accommodations for little ones since we had our grandchildren (2y & 6y) with us.

Lucas is such a special place, and Mary Ann's house is in keeping with the area and its history. The wide assortment of photographs in the house really added to the experience. A short walk takes you to all the sights, and it was lovely to see all the flowers in bloom at the house and throughout the neighborhood. Lucas is a one of a kind place, and we enjoyed all the connections that Mary Ann has to the house and the town.

This place was great. We would stay at this location anytime while visiting Branson

I made the reservation around 10 pm the night before we were heading to Branson and was worried about getting check-in info timely. About 5 min after I paid I had a text with address and door code! Super responsive and also text me the day of to let us know it was available earlier! The keypad on the door was nice so we didn't have to keep track of a key. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Shower was amazing too. Grounds were well kept and the pool closest to the condo looked nice although we didn't have time to enjoy it. It was an easy drive to SDC without all the traffic and not far from the main strip either. We'd definitely stay again.

Great location for enjoying Santa Fe and all it has to offer. Very walkable to all the restaurants and sites. Easy communications and comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo is right downtown Salida so you can walk to everything! It’s super cute & felt comfortable. Would stay there again!

Beautiful location. Not much in walking distance; you'll probably need to drive into town to get food. What little there is nearby closes early and is closed on odd days. Obviously not the fault of the host, but something to consider. Bring your own snacks if you're arriving in the evening. There are areas to take pets out, but they are limited and there are lots of burs and insects. The condo is very new and clean. My only complaints about the condo itself are how confusing the AC was to get working, that there was only a nescafe pod coffee maker with a couple of pods stocked (turned out to be cheaper to just buy a cheap, normal 5 cup maker, which we left for future visitors), and the host had a long list of chores they wanted us to do, despite the fact that we already paid a cleaning fee built into the price of the rental. The host was proactive about communicating.

I absolutely recommend anyone to stay here!! It was so peaceful and relaxing..There or some close attractions that you can walk and enjoy plenty of restaurants,places to play games and even if you want to do content there’s plenty backdrops to get amazing content with!! Don’t walk,run!! I will definitely be back again!!!

This is one of the best, if not the best, Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Rose’s apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, architecturally thoughtful, stocked with everything one needs, quiet, peaceful, and safe. Rose was communicative and respectful and allowed me a slightly later checkout to accommodate my schedule. The kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Brand new washer + dryer were so helpful after several days of hiking. It’s about a ten minute drive to historic Salida. I loved everything about staying here!
