Monthly Rentals in Arkadi

We traveled with friends and babies (a total of 4 adults and 2 babies (8&10 months old)) to the villa to Savas & Maria and the villa was fantastically beautiful (even more beautiful than in the photos)! For our tour group, the villa was just perfect, we had our peace, could relax and the children had enough space to play on the giant terrace. Savas & Maria kindly provided everything necessary for our kids (crib, baby chairs, a small inflatable pool and plenty of toys). Cleanliness is very important in the villa, the villa was handed over to us in perfect condition! The villa was rounded off in the evening by the overwhelming sunsets! Savas & Maria were extremely communicative, gave us great recommendations and were always available! We would like to express our sincere thanks again for your warmth, hospitality and a fantastic stay! If we come back to Crete, we'll come back to you!

Nikos' place is incredible. It totally transports you to another time and lets you absorb the beauty of the Cretan landscape and nature. We noticed something new every day. Having the pool with stunning views of the mountains and sea, a well-equipped kitchen and an olive tree shaded seating area to eat in, meant we rarely had to leave the place! We enjoyed our vacation at Kostas tremendously. The accommodation is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. It is a beautiful, spacious villa with a large garden around it + private swimming pool. Communication with Kostas went well. He wanted to help. The accommodation was clean and had various amenities. After two days, I unfortunately had all these bumps on my legs that looked like flea bites (presumably from the cats that lie on the chairs at night). I informed Kostas about this and he immediately called in a pest control service. This was very much appreciated. After that, no longer suffered from these bites. We would definitely recommend Kostas' accommodation!
