Valeria was very proactive and responded very promptly and professionally to all our queries. Paula was extremely helpful too and we liked the fact that she came to greet us personally and show us around the flat on the first day - this personal touch was much appreciated which is sadly missing from some other air bnbs. She showed us around and any instructions were given personally which made it crystal clear. They had a kept a basket of fruit, dry fruits and a wine bottle to welcome us and that was an added touch which made us feel at home and valued as clients. It was thoughtful of them to incorporate this kind gesture. The flat was very modern and stylish with an immaculately kept kitchen which was very well equipped with all utensils, equipment and items required. Unlike other Air BnBs which have very few sparse utensils kept. Highly recommend Valeria's Air BnB.

We arrived in advance and changed the check in time, and they were very kind to help us check in. We accidentally missed the key in apartment, and the landlord actively helped us solve the problem. We are very grateful. The surrounding area is very quiet, so you can have a good rest&working, and parking is convenient. We are very satisfied with this. The whole apartment is clean and bright.
