Monthly Rentals in Arena Gorda Beach

Chantal, Lissette, and Michelle were fabulous. Very quick to respond to any communications, took care of any issues immediately. Locals at security and the Colmado were super friendly and great to deal with. Shout out to Francis in security and Manuel at the store - he also delivered water to us often. Pool area was nice. We would recommend anyone staying in the complex long term have a car because the beach is a 30 minute walk and the shuttle is not always available. Uber is very expensive to get groceries. All in all a nice place and great hosts.

Absolutely perfect for us G44 is near everything …we walk to Cortisito , Bávaro Supermarket Iberia The beach … everything is there … beautiful surroundings at White Sands ..Beach is a gem a 10 minute transfer .. ❤️

Over all great place. Pump of pool was broken so pool was dirty . Great place to relax. Will go again for sure

A very good place: 1. It's in Bavaro surrounded by resorts 2. Just 10 min from the beach. There is cargo cart type transportation that bring you closer to the beach. 3. Although it is in a good area, the distances to the shops are far away as to get there by walking 4. Excellent facilities with hotel-style amenities in bathrooms and rooms. 5. Just to consider that the WiFi service is not as efficient, apparently it is a general problem of the island as the same was happening in other locations. 6. The host always responds to messages and is attentive to questions
