In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you are outside even when sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Just behind the house there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile tracks, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is located beautifully above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to go by bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or boards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country cycling. If you have any questions, call us and ask.

Newly built cottage in Trillevallen!

Relax with the whole family in our nice cottage. A few meters to many nice miles of well-groomed cross-country ski tracks and close to Trillevallen lift system, just a few dog trams to the trailer that easily get you to the slope. In the summer there are hiking trails, swimming and kayaking nearby. The cottage is perfect for families with children, three spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, bathroom and sauna. Possibility to charge the electric car, charging is paid separately.

Everyone in the group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique home. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, sauna with the view of the lake. The 4 bedrooms are divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed. 1 bedroom with bunk bed and sofa bed. Kitchen upstairs adjacent to dining area and living room with large panaroma windows.

Åre Stay- Lovely apartment central, close to everything

Nice, fresh apartment located by Åre square with proximity to everything. Balcony facing south. 75 meters to Ica, 150 meters to the train station. Minimum age to rent is 18 years old. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults. Close to wonderful Årestrand where you get to feel what it's like to swim in fresh mountain water. All lovely hiking trails are also around the corner.

In the middle of the Jämtland mountains lies this newly renovated gem! Here you have the downstairs in a separate house in the middle of our old farm (upstairs not used). It offers mountain views, a fireplace and a large, lovely dining area. Getting here is easy, and skiing, walking in the woods, or snowmobiling starts right outside the door.
