Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Floor bed on the bottom and 140cm double bed on sleeping loft. The price includes linens and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT least 25 YEARS (or in the company of the guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore silence after 22:00 is a requirement. No parties!!

The best location for the year?

Central modern apartment with 3 bedrooms, 8 beds but suitable for 6 people, combined kitchen/living room. 2 private car parks ! Toilet with shower and washing machine, drying cupboard in hallway. Fullt utrustat kök samt Wi-Fi, TV o chromecast. 2 Ski cabinets outside the door. Cleaning is part of a cleaning company. Bed linen and towels are not included. OBS! - Rented weekly Sunday to Sunday Note: The 30-year limit applies to all residents of the apartment, or families with children - according to BRF regulations for a peaceful accommodation.

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (open during the ski season). Apartment about 45 sqm, central and quiet location Åre village

Bright and fresh apartment with quiet and free location overlooking Renfjället and Åresjön. We have a minimum age 27 and parties are NOT allowed! The apartment is located in the bottom of our semi-detached house on a villa street, with year-round living families with children, pensioners and some leisure homes. It is close to most things so you can do without a car and can walk to the lifts, shops, train, etc. Free parking if you come by car. Sheets, towels, etc. are included in our property and it is made and ready on arrival.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. Beautiful cabin in Huså close to nature

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.

Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre square and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
