Apartment in villa. Located in the center of Åre village! Including linen

Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Floor bed on the bottom and 140cm double bed on sleeping loft. The price includes linens and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT least 25 YEARS (or in the company of the guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore silence after 22:00 is a requirement. No parties!!

The best location for the year?

Central modern apartment with 3 bedrooms, 8 beds but suitable for 6 people, combined kitchen/living room. 2 private car parks ! Toilet with shower and washing machine, drying cupboard in hallway. Fullt utrustat kök samt Wi-Fi, TV o chromecast. 2 Ski cabinets outside the door. Cleaning is part of a cleaning company. Bed linen and towels are not included. OBS! - Rented weekly Sunday to Sunday Note: The 30-year limit applies to all residents of the apartment, or families with children - according to BRF regulations for a peaceful accommodation.

Newly produced apartment, approx. 30 sqm, located in an architect-designed villa completed in 2020, at Åre's absolute best location! Tottens village road is Åre's oldest village and is an idyll only 10 min walk from Åre center where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, system companies, cafes, etc. Only 5 minutes walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åres ski system. Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (open during the ski season). Apartment about 45 sqm, central and quiet location Åre village

Bright and fresh apartment with quiet and free location overlooking Renfjället and Åresjön. We have a minimum age 27 and parties are NOT allowed! The apartment is located in the bottom of our semi-detached house on a villa street, with year-round living families with children, pensioners and some leisure homes. It is close to most things so you can do without a car and can walk to the lifts, shops, train, etc. Free parking if you come by car. Sheets, towels, etc. are included in our property and it is made and ready on arrival.

Welcoming apartment with good layout. Walking distance to the ski transport in winter and with rolling distance by bike to Åre Bike Park XC in summer. One master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with bunk bed. There is a sauna, shower, 2 toilets as well as washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck in front of the apartment with a nice view of Åreskutan. During winter it is about 500 meters to the nearest ski shop & ski bus. 30 meters to the transport route to the ski system. Parking with engine heater post included.

Cosy little studio at the top of Tegefjäll

Ski in ski out location on the mountain. This 17 sq.m studio is separated from the main house with a great view. Underfloor heating plus a storage area for ski and snowboards. Less than 50 meters from the slopes . The property is nearly at the top of of tegefjallvagen and is at least a 15 minute walk from the ski bus or bottom of the slope.Less than a minute to ski down to the chair lift ! When arriving by train a taxi is advisable so you can be dropped at the top outside the studio no 96.
