Cozy, fresh and modern accommodation located in the center of Åre village. Note! Age limit min 28 years or in parents' company. Large apartment of 72 square meters, two bedrooms and open floor plan between kitchen/living room. Balcony, sauna, washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet are available in apt. Ski storage with shower, WC and storage on exchange days. Bed sheets and towels is to be brought by the tenant. Wi-Fi (fiber). Parking space may be available for rent (max 1 car). Cleaning can be purchased for (about 1,500 SEK) otherwise there is cleaning equipment in the apartment.

Relax in this peaceful oasis. You will find our newly built lodge (apartment), in attractive Sadeln. The apartment has a high standard is located on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking the forest down to Åresjön. With a fantastic location in Åre Saddle with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you are also within walking distance of the cross-country trails as well as Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Ridklubb/Ridhus where it is possible to ride in a fantastic environment.

High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 m away. Duveds and Tegefjäll's lift system is built together. Many people think it's the area's best skiing, but you can also take the skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift passes also apply. With hiking skis, you get directly out on the mountain expanses.

Super nice 2nd floor of about 40 sqm with great location in Åre village. Nice patio overlooking Åresjön. Only a 10-minute walk to the station and Åre torg, 3 minutes to the ski bus, grocery store and liquor store. The apartment has 4 comfortable beds (1 queen bed of continental model 160 cm+1 sofa bed of very high quality 160 cm). The rent includes access to hot storage for storing skis and ski boots. A comfortable home with everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday!

Very nice three bedroom apartment in central Åre with free parking and a sauna. Only five minutes walk to both train station, grocery store, square and ski system. The apartment has combined kitchen and living room with dinner table and couch group in front of the TV. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna and separate storage room for skis, sporting goods, clothes, etc. Parking with space for a car. Patio area with view over Åresjönjön.
