Monthly Rentals in Arcadia, Phoenix

Jason and Barbara’s place has been our favorite Airbnb stay so far. They were so friendly and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The house (inside and out!) is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need—and then some. The location is unbeatable, right on the canal in Arcadia and just a short walk to a grocery store and several great restaurants. It’s thoughtfully decorated and has the best-stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental. We stayed for three weeks and didn’t want to leave. If I could give it more than five stars, I would!

We truly loved staying here for the week. The location was unmatched, nestled between old town Scottsdale and the Biltmore areas in beautiful Arcadia. The condo was beautifully renovated, the little touches like makeup towels and toiletries were so appreciated, and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe and quiet. Would absolutely book here again for our next visit to Phoenix!!

My second stay at Andrea’s place did not disappoint! I was in town for work and found this spot to be a restful oasis after a busy day! I will return!

The place was perfect for our crew. The outside area is an absolute highlight. We were able to grill up some dinners, lounge outside and get some sun as well as utilize the swimming pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The misters in the lounge area outside were an unexpected highlight!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone
