We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

Gail is super nice and the place is fun, set up well, and cozy. This is our third time here and I'm sure we'll be back!

My daughters and I spent the weekend here, and it truly was a perfect stay! We traveled from New Jersey to visit my nephew who lives in New Bedford, and the apartment’s location—just 6 minutes away—couldn’t have been more convenient. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed to prepare a delicious Saturday morning breakfast. The bathroom was impressively spacious, and I have to rave about the towels and bedding—absolutely luxurious! The bath towels, in particular, were divine. I’d love to know where they were purchased so I can get some for my own home. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the thoughtful touches—like the lovely houseplants—gave the apartment a warm, homey feel. I'm so glad I found this gem! I visit the area often and will definitely be booking again. Vania provided clear, detailed instructions and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. A solid 10 out of 10 across the board!

Mark's place was exactly how it appeared in photos. Great, walkable location. Easy to get to restaurants on Main St. There's a place to rent bikes just across the street. The stay was comfortable, quiet, and exceeded expectations. Thank you again, Mark!

This was our second time staying at Carlina's place. It's a lovely apartment attached to the house with a private entrance. Very safe and well-kept, clean and very comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the sofa bed was very comfy too according to my teenage son. Fully equipped kitchen, not to mention the fresh eggs she leaves for her guests from her own chickens. They made for a delightful breakfast with our leftover Portuguese pops (rolls) from Antonio's restaurant (wonderful authentic Portuguese food--go!). Plenty of towels, toilet paper, linens, toiletries, and laundry detergent. Carlina is an extremely responsive host and I will stay with her again! Thank you for everything!

As always, we had a wonderful time in Alexia's pristine, charming, well laid-out home. It suits our family perfectly, with its separate "wings" and its open common space. It's close to Menemsha and great walking trails. As a host, Alexia is always available and helpful. We had a relaxed and happy stay there!

The water views were breathtaking. The hot tub was a nice touch. Beautiful clean home. We loved our stay and would love to come again.

Great place! Very spacious and clean. Matthew was also very accommodating and provided us with very helpful instructions about how to get in, where things are, and wifi log-in info. The backyard and frontyard were also great for our dog to explore around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back another time.

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. We traveled with 4 couples who have know each other since HS, 40 years ago. It was a great home to relax and catch up. The house is lovely and we loved that we each had our full bath! I highly recommend this home and this location.

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

House was very cozy. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

We had the BEST stay at Ingas place! It was so cute and perfect. We could walk places and it was so comfortable. Inga was amazing about being flexible with checkin and checkout. She also responded right away. The pricing was awesome. We will be back!

Liliane's place is a great find. It is in a very convenient location in Newport where you can walk to the water and multiple shops and restaurants. The space is filled with light and it was very clean. It's a very comfortable place to come back to after exploring Newport. Liliane was a fantastic host, very responsive and provided very clear instructions. We would stay here again.

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

This is a ground level apartment in an historic home just off Benefit Street, a prime location on Providence’s College Hill. Because of the sloped terrain, it might seem like a basement apartment from one side, but it has a garden entrance at the front door. If you can handle the steep streets in this hilly area, it’s a perfect location if you want to be within walking distance of Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Downtown Providence. I did not rent a car while staying here and never felt I needed one. Tall travelers should be aware that this dwelling has low ceilings by modern standards. That didn’t bother me in the slightest; in fact, it made the apartment feel more cozy. Nevertheless, visitors over six feet tall should be aware of this aspect and make an informed decision. The apartment has a warm, comforting esthetic with all sorts of art on the walls and books on the shelf, and both made a great background for video conferences using the robust wifi signal.
