I rented the accommodation for one night for a training course near the accommodation. Franck is a very friendly person, very responsive and gives good advice. Listing is as described. And possessing all the necessary equipment. The small downside that I will put is that the accommodation is located near a passing axis and if you go there on a day when it's hot like me, it is difficult to sleep with the window open. Apart from that, I recommend this accommodation and the kindness of its owner.

I lived for a few weeks in this little haven of peace and I only have one thing to say: it feels great in this apartment! Is it the decor? Wood, stones, books? I don't know. Anyway, I recommend it+++ In addition, it is a 5-minute walk from the center: small restaurants, terraces, shopping ...without the inconveniences of the city because it is very quiet. A few minutes away too, beautiful walks on the banks of the Yonne. Rich heritage in this department.
