The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. We are based in a lovely quiet area with free car parking, and are just over a mile to the main town of Portree which has lots of great restaurants and shops.

Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.

It sits directly across from the village pier and looks out over the sea loch towards the islands. It’s a peaceful, scenic spot that makes a perfect base for exploring Torridon or simply unwinding by the water. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as our family does.
