Fabulous place in amazing surroundings. The pool area is wonderful and the garden beautiful. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the entire place - especially the outdoor pizza oven. Nicola was very helpful and fast in his responses.

We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Ronaldo and Patrizia are great hosts and wonderful people, Bamboo is the best companion. The place itself is full of magic. Beautiful views, wonderful nature, sunrise in your windows. Close to Arezzo with its amazing history and culture. Our stay here was more than holiday. It was like gaining equilibrium in life. And we also tasted the best ever olive oil made by Rolando! We stayed in the house for just over two weeks and had a fantastic stay The house is well thought out and has everything you want The surroundings are magical and the view is striking The pool is large, new and cleaned several times a week Valerio & Susan were great hosts and arranged even new children's accessories to make our stay even better (we traveled with children 1 year & 5 years) Restaurant tips and tips on excursions nearby were very good, made our entire stay special We would be glad to come back

Beautiful house, scenic and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of games and things to do as a family. Maybe the best part was having pizza night with Ana and Franco which was arranged by Alberto. Just loved this spot!

Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Wonderful place, felt very welcome!

We had an unforgettable stay at this incredible home in the middle of the forest. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area—exactly what we needed to escape the noise and stress of the city. The house itself is amazing: authentic, very clean, and it stays cool even during hot weather. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite things was the built-in barbecue area right in the kitchen—such a unique and cozy experience. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully with the windows open. It was so quiet, with only the sounds of nature around us. Nearby, there’s a river and a few natural pools with small waterfalls—perfect for a refreshing dip after a hike. At night, the forest lit up with fireflies (we were lucky to be there during the season), which was absolutely magical. And the starry sky was just breathtaking—so many stars, clearly visible without city lights. Petra, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. This was truly unforgettable!

We were there for 4 days and it was simply fantastic. The arrival was smooth and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had power again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

Finding a house close to Perugia and Assisi was my only requirement. Little did I realize that I would be lucky enough to find a MAGICAL place, owned by the very BEST of people! The house: tucked away high up in the mountains, with expansive and breathtaking views of the valley below and the hills of Umbria all around us. In a medieval town, population of 25, that is serene and peaceful. The house itself is beautifully designed and decorated, Clean, neat, inviting. With an amazing private garden overflowing with wildflowers. The best part: the owners, Alessio and Alessandra. Alessio was in touch with me before our arrival, extremely welcoming and full of suggestions to explore and dine in the area. Communication continued throughout our stay, with SPECIFIC locations to a market, local festivals happening while we were there, suggested itineraries. Alessio is a very special person: warm, kind, attentive, helpful, generous. He became a friend, and made our stay sweetly memorable.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Massimiliano's house is so beautiful on the inside and outside! We had a wonderful time. It's in a great location for easy access to Cortona and lots of other places in Tuscany. It's surrounded by greenery, with visits from a family of wild boars, which we loved. Massimiliano and Paola were attentive hosts, and even bought sun loungers for the garden after I asked if there were any, which was so kind. There was some party music in the area on weekends but maybe it was just bad luck for the time we were there. We would definitely return!

Lovely location, beautiful air BnB and a wonderful Italian family. Was so lovely to meet the family, swim in the pool and get takeaway pizza and local wine delivered from the nearby village and sat out on the terrace watching the sun set. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

We felt very comfortable in this charming and quiet house with the magnificent view of olive trees and the lake from the beginning. The location is idyllic, the furnishings well thought-out and comfortable. The atmosphere has triggered a feeling of retreat and deceleration in us – almost like in a mountain hut: safe, relaxed and welcome. A big thank you to Victoria and Samira for their always attentive and loving care!

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

Very nice apartment in the middle of the olive groves. The view is gigantic. In the evening, mosquitoes came out, but this is due to the great location in nature. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center by car, public transport is too far away. Our hosts were always able to help us directly and give us good tips. A great place to stay that we can recommend.
