Apartmán nás skutočne očaril, izby pekné, čisté s klimatizáciou, štýlové, v obývačke veľká Tv, kuchyňa so všetkým čo tu má byť. Samotný "rezort" bol na kopci s krásnymi výhľadmi, obrovská záhrada, bazén, všetko štýlové také Toskánske, okolie prenádherné, pohoda, kľud,pokoj, všetko čo tu potrebujete tak aj nájdete. Ako vravia Taliani, je to tu " Tutto bene"

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

Wat een droomhuis op een droomlocatie! We werden met veel warmte en liefde ontvangen door de lieve mama van Lorenzo. Ze gaf ons een rondleiding in het prachtige huis. Het interieur is fantastisch mooi gedaan door haar, we hielden van elke centimeter. Binnen was het ook lekker fris. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. De ijskast zat vol met lekker eten en elke dag bracht ze verse gebakjes mee! We hebben nogal kunnen eten. Dat we hondjes bijhadden was geen enkel probleem, wat voor ons een hele geruststelling was. Het uitzicht aan het zwembad was werkelijk magisch. Er worden verschillende huisjes op het domein verhuurd, maar je hebt van niemand last. Er waren ook overal struiken en planten zodat je je privacy hebt. Heel het domein is met veel smaak aangekleed. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld, maar het is werkelijk een zeer groot zwembad. ‘s Avonds zie je overal vuurvliegjes en hoor je een uil. Je zit helemaal in de natuur en toch vlakbij alles. We kunnen het ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen!!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Lorenzo met us on the street to walk us to the villa and showed us everything with a very warm welcome! The views are breathtaking! We found the location to be an excellent base to visit all of the surrounding towns. Having Grazia Franchini (see the host’s guidebook) prepare and serve dinner for us in the villa after a fabulous day of Brunello wine tastings was such a treat! Would definitely return to the area and stay here again but next time will set aside a day just to relax by the pool!

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Our stay at Il Posto was something out of a dream. Truly the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Rachel and Delfo are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts and are available for any questions and recommendations. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. We felt at home immediately and hope to visit again and again! Delfo is an incredible chef and Rachel pairs the perfect wines. We recommend the truffle hunt with their neighbor Luca, if you visit during the season. The rectory is very cozy but has a lot of space for a big group, including our almost 2 year old son. It’s really the perfect place to visit with friends and family. There’s a lot of hiking nearby and the town is super close. Rachel has excellent recommendations. Il Posto is also a working farm. The eggs, olive oil, and honey are soo fresh! We are already talking about our next trip!

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Sie ist genauso wie auf den Fotos: Sehr schön eingerichtet, ruhig und mit tollem Ausblick. Eines der schönsten Airbnbs, in denen wir bisher waren! Der Pool war leider geschlossen, dafür kann man aber in den umliegenden Seen schwimmen gehen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, wollen aber ganz sicher noch einmal wiederkommen und dann auch länger bleiben!

Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Non solo l’alloggio di Giovanna soddisfa per la sua ottima e particolare posizione (proprio sotte un ponte romanico, a due passi dalla piazza, dai ristoranti e dal fiume), ma l’accoglienza è qualcosa di unico. Nessuno in un Airbnb ci aveva mai fatto trovare un dolce fatto in casa per la colazione (e con che maestria dalla madre di Giovanna) e si era preso tanto a cuore il benessere del nostro cane oltre che il nostro. Mercatello sul Metauro è un piccolo gioiello e questa casa completa il quadro. Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir waren für 3 Nächte mit unseren beiden Kindern bei Stefano und es hat uns überaus gut gefallen! Die Lage war sehr, sehr ruhig und man war sehr schnell zu Fuß bei der U Bahn, wo wir alle Sehenswürdigkeit problemlos erreichen konnten. Der Vatikan war fußläufig erreichbar. Der kleine Balkon war wirklich herrlich zum draußen sitzen, wo wir unseren Prosecco genießen konnten, der schon vom Gastgeber für uns kaltgestellt wurde. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anreise war problemlos und Flavia hat uns sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus und einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Ein Zettel mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und Ausflugszielen lag auf dem Tisch bereit. Nach einem kurzen Gewitter hatten wir Stromausfall, aber Flavia war sofort erreichbar und innerhalb 5min hatten wir auch wieder Strom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen, der sich nach Ruhe sehnt und die Natur genießen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Finding a house close to Perugia and Assisi was my only requirement. Little did I realize that I would be lucky enough to find a MAGICAL place, owned by the very BEST of people! The house: tucked away high up in the mountains, with expansive and breathtaking views of the valley below and the hills of Umbria all around us. In a medieval town, population of 25, that is serene and peaceful. The house itself is beautifully designed and decorated, Clean, neat, inviting. With an amazing private garden overflowing with wildflowers. The best part: the owners, Alessio and Alessandra. Alessio was in touch with me before our arrival, extremely welcoming and full of suggestions to explore and dine in the area. Communication continued throughout our stay, with SPECIFIC locations to a market, local festivals happening while we were there, suggested itineraries. Alessio is a very special person: warm, kind, attentive, helpful, generous. He became a friend, and made our stay sweetly memorable.

Really nice tranquil spot just outside of Montepulciano. Was a great place to getaway for a few days. Hosts were communicative and responsive. The only thing I’ll note is to ensure that your check in instructions match the address listed on AirBnB. We were given an address via message that was 2.5 hours from the actual spot—luckily we used the original address listed on AirBnB, but this could have easily been a disaster.

Se potessi darei 6 stelle! Giovanna e suo marito sono stati molto accoglienti e super disponibili, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! L'alloggio è ancora più bello dal vivo che nelle foto, molto pulito, fornito di ogni cosa di cui si potesse necessitare. La zona circostante molto tranquilla immersa nel verde, di facile accesso a diversi sentieri, perfetta per chi ama stare in mezzo alla natura. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige huis in Toscane. De locatie is werkelijk idyllisch – rustig gelegen op de top van een heuvel, met uitzicht op het schitterende Toscaanse landschap. Het huis voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen: comfortabel, netjes en met alles wat we nodig hadden voor een ontspannen vakantie. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Giovanna, die ons meteen op ons gemak stelde. Ze nam ruim de tijd om ons welkom te heten en gaf ons bovendien waardevolle tips voor een bezoek aan Arezzo en de omgeving. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, natuur en authentieke Toscaanse charme. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Alessandro is a very nice and thoughtful host. The place and the view is great. It has everything you need for your trip (probably best for couples or on your own). Having a car is almost non negotiable but that also makes it very calm and quiet. Groceries and some great ice cream are close by. Can only recommend!

Vi bodde i huset i drygt två veckor och hade en fantastisk vistelse Huset är genomtänkt och har allt man vill ha Omgivningen är magisk och utsikten slående Poolen är stor, ny och rengörs flera gånger per vecka Valerio & Susan var toppen värdar och ordnade tom nya barn tillbehör för att göra vår vistelse ännu bättre (vi reste med barn 1 år & 5 år) Resturang tips och tips på utflykter i närheten var mycket bra, gjorde hela vår vistelse speciell Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

This place is definitely a piece of Tuscany Italy. it will always hold a special place in my wife's and my heart with how beautiful and amazing the house was and the town it is located in. it seemed very well located, close to hot springs, multiple other cities, beautiful country side with horse back riding, world class winery's, ect. She is a great host and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anybody looking for a one of a kind experience in Italy.

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, auch die Gastgeber waren sehr engagiert und freundlich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Paola und William haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und alles so liebevoll vorbereitet, so wie man es für gute Freunde tun würde! Danke, dass ihr den Pool eine Woche früher geöffnet habt, wir haben das sehr genossen und waren täglich schwimmen! Welch ein Luxus, so einen großen Pool ganz für sich zu haben! Haus und Pool sind eingebettet in perfekt gepflegte Grünanlagen mit Olivenbäumen, Rosmarin, Lavendel und vielem mehr. So viele schöne Ausflüge die man machen kann, aber des Schönste war es abends auf der Terrasse zu essen, über das weite Tal hinweg zu schauen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Ein Traum! Danke, dass wir den Traum bei euch leben durften!

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.
