The stay exceeded our expectations, as we were quickly and very well received with a tasty afternoon coffee. The environment was impeccable and brand new, very comfortable beds and pillows, full kitchen that served us very well. Very quiet location, easy to access and with good options around it, such as markets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy... Close to the Basilica, covered and secure garage. We will definitely come back other times and recommend it, because we like it very much.

A great stay. The apartment is very clean and well organized, cozy and comfortable. The location is excellent, as it is just a few minutes from the Sanctuary and at the same time far enough away from the traffic and the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

We stayed for a week with Elaine. It was a wonderful time! Everything was good, the house was extremely clean, everything worked perfectly and it was very cozy! Elaine is a wonderful person, always in a good mood, with a smile on her face and very cheerful! He gave us recommendations before the stay, warned us that it was cold there, advised us to bring thicker clothes, and left us clean blankets and sheets. During the stay, he was always recommending places to visit! The security of the house is great, it has security cameras, the entrance door is well reinforced! She welcomed us with a homemade cake made by her, very good! We have no complaints to make, everything was very good! Just thank you and look forward to the next visit to Aparecida, we will definitely stay at Elaine's house!

Apartment exactly as in the pictures, super comfortable bed, excellent kitchen, internet, excellent shower. The garage is on the back street and closes at 6:00 pm, but when the employee is available, he lets us arrive later. The day we arrived the car got stuck, but the next day the employee was very kind and allowed us to store the car after 18:00.

Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.
