Maria Augusta's apartment was impeccable, close to a large supermarket and shopping shops, easy access. Very spacious and beautiful. Maria Augusta always very helpful and very responsive. I will definitely return to this accommodation back to Aparecida.

Everything perfect from the first contact. Mrs. Néia treated us with great affection. At the time of check-in, she was putting the finishing touches on the house to welcome us. The cleaning was perfect and the house smelled very nice. The house is large, has many beds, the kitchen is complete and the TV room was a place where we loved to stay. I need to mention the neighborhood, which is made up of older people, which my children loved to stop to talk to. on the streets, there are plenty of kittens and puppies, which my children tb loved. On the corner, basilica, there is 200 meters from the residence, there is a place that sells delicious roasted chickens and tb mini pizzas. excellent service and family service. You can walk quietly from the residence to the fair and tb to the basilica. there was a day when we made this trip 3 or 4 times and we were with two children and an elderly woman. Anyway, we only have to thank Mr. Ivo (whom we did not have the opportunity to meet) and Mrs. Néia, who was an angel in our lives. We recommend to everyone and God willing, we will be staying with them at the next opportunity.

Solange is wonderful. Attentive, helpful, as well as Mr. Eduardo, her husband. The house is exactly as in the photos, close to the fair and the Sanctuary. We went to the Espaço do Romeiro, we did the Caminho do Rosário and we went to the port of Itaguaçu, we did everything on foot. The house is very cozy, it felt like home. We are delighted with the place, we are sure we will return and we recommend it to everyone who needs it.

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

We loved our stay! The apartment is very well equipped, it was very clean, and has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, well decorated and spacious, and the barbecue on the balcony is a great alternative for rainy days. The hosts' instructions were very clear, and check-in was super easy to do. We felt at home and left the apartment heartbroken hahaha, we will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Ubatuba 😊
