The place caters to couples, family, solo adventurers, and pilgrims. IN the house only those who booked the reservation can stay in the house. We only accept pet animals, small size paying the fee and smoking in the house is prohibited. There is space for motorcycles, bicycles, the neighborhood is quiet, with cameras and a night guard.

Spacious, very airy apartment, located in a building from the 1970s, quiet and calm, located a 14-minute walk to the new Basilica, next to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 3-story building, with no elevator. Not recommended for people with mobility issues. Large living room with balcony, beautiful view of Serra da Mantiqueira. Excellent for rest, after doing the entire religious circuit of the New and Old Basilica on foot There is NO garage
