Superbe studio meublé et agencé avec goût et qualité, le tout avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Nice ! Particulièrement bien situé pour les commerces et balades sur le cap: tout peut se faire à pied.Dommage que l’environnement soit bruyant, parfois très tôt le matin. Jean-Pierre et Yvette sont des hôtes charmants et de très bon conseil.

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas du Martinez et de la Croisette. Décoré avec goût et soins. Très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Tous les atouts d’un grand Hôtel mais à prix super abordable. Je recommande vivement. Patrick nous a donné toutes les bonnes adresses pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Appartamento stupendo, pulito e arredato in stile provenzale chic. È facile da raggiungere e si posizione in una zona molto tranquilla vicinissima al centro di Cannes, raggiungibile a piedi, e al centro di Juan Les Pins dove si trovano ottime spiagge e ristorantini. Il punto forte è la meravigliosa terrazza sul mare, dotata di barbecue e dove si può godere della vista del mare della costa azzurra. Una piccola oasi di pace vicino alle città del divertimento della costa francese. Torneremo sicuramente!

Sehr schöne Lage, renovierte Wohnung. Der Pool sollte lediglich öfter gereinigt werden und die Wohnung noch von Hundehaaren befreit werden bzw. gut staubsaugen. All-in-all sehr gute Unterkunft und gute Kommunikation!

Stayed at Philiberts for week was lovely and clean, our host was very helpful on check in arrived early allowed us to check in earlier as the apartment was ready & very helpful with recommendations & buses to catch, only 10 minutes walk to old town, great location, would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, fantastic view, exactly as described and pictured and even more so in person. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans le studio bien aménagé, malheureusement le temps n'était pas de la partie pour profiter de la piscine. Logement très bien situé, à deux pas du centre de Saint Vallier de Thiey, au calme. Je reviendrai à l'occasion!

Sandra und Mauro sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir fühlten uns direkt aufgehoben. Einen besseren Check in kann man sich garnicht vorstellen. Wir wurden empfangen,uns wurde alles erklärt und wir fühlten uns aufgehoben und sicher. Sandras und Mauros Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich super gewesen. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber, man hatte alles was man brauchte und und die Aussicht von der Terasse ist überwältigend!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. Wir waren zu dritt Anfang Mai 2025 bei Celine und Julien im Haus. Beide sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür an beide. Das Haus liegt perfekt für Besuche in den umliegenden Dörfern und Städten (Antibes, Cannes, Nizza, etc.) sowie zum Start von ausgedehnten Wanderungen. Der Pool bietet eine sehr schöne und gerne genutzte Möglichkeit zur Erfrischung danach. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Küche riesig und läd zum Kochen mit Freunden ein. Wir würden immer sehr gerne wiederkommen. Viele Grüße an Celine und Julien

Un séjour réussi dans la belle maison de jeremy. Un hôte très réactif quand nous avons eu un petit soucis avec le portail, et très arrangeant quand à notre heure d’arrivée tardive! une literie de qualité, une cuisine très bien équipée, et l’atout majeur, l’extérieur très agréable!

Wow what a view and an amazing apartment. There was everything in the apartment you needed to cook at home, the bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was just delightful, lovely hot water with an independent toilet room. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and the gardens were just beautiful. The apartment was very private and peaceful. There was a washing machine and drying rack which is always handy. Private parking on site was very secure. It was the perfect place to explore the Riveria region easily in all directions, a car is a must (Cannes is 10 minutes away). Close to the local supermarket - 3 minutes drive. There are steps up to the apartment but not difficult to get your luggage and belongings up and down. Michel is a very communicative and friendly host. Highly recommend staying here.

Hôte toujours à l’écoute, réactif et agréable . Le logement est moderne et spacieux avec une terrasse arborée et sans vis à vis . La résidence est bien équipée ( piscines, tennis, pétanque ) et sécurisée . Parfait pour une étape ou des vacances ! Je recommande +++

Konaklama gerçekten ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi karşıladı. Araba ile seyahat ettiğimiz için eve air bir park yerinin olması önemliydi. Fakat kapalı garaj oldukça dar bir alana sahip. Eğer park etme konusunda tereddütlü biriyseniz bu süreç sizi gerebilir. Benim şansım eşimin profesyonel bir sürücü olmasıydı. Bunu göz önünde bulundurmanızı tavsiye ederim. Evin konumu çok iyi. Şehrin merkezine 13 dkda yürüyerek inebiliyorsunuz. Ana caddede güvenlik açısında sorunsuz. Evin içi ahşap dekor ve düzenlemelerle dolu bir ev. Ahşap olması biraz koku açısından hassasiyet doğuruyor. Ben hassasiyetim olan biriyim bu sebeple bunu farkediyorum. Takılacak biri değilseniz gayet güzel. Otel profesyonelliğinde yaklaşım var. Beyaz çarşaflar ve havlu takımları temizdi. Sadece birkaç yerin tozu görünen şekilde alınmıştı :). Çıkış işlemi için önce garajdan arabanızı çıkartıp anahtarları tekrardan eve bırakmalısınız. Bu durum biraz zorlayıcı ve vakit kaybettiriyor. 20dk üzeri bu işlem sürüyor pratik gelmedi.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per circa 10 giorni. La casa è molto pulita, ordinata e dotata di ogni confort oltre al parcheggio interno. Vicinissima al centro, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal supermercato. L'host è sempre stato super reattivo nelle risposte e gentilissimo al momento del nostro arrivo. Consiglio la struttura a tutti; è adatta anche a famiglie con bambini.

Tolle Lage. Balkon mit Meerblick zum frühstücken perfekt. Balkon zur Sackgasse hin gelegen, deshalb ruhiges wohnen. Fußläufig zu verschiedenen Stränden, Altstadt, Geschäften… möglich. Maurice schreibt zügig zurück und kümmert sich.
