Anton is a responsive and cordial person. He checked in my parents at night before my arrival (it was an early check-in in the middle of the night, and Anton was in touch and helped to navigate and not panic:)). All communication was polite and respectful, despite my sometimes silly questions. I sent detailed instructions for check-in and the surrounding area. He maintained the comfort of our stay throughout the entire time of our presence and beyond. The accommodation itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. There is the necessary infrastructure nearby, it is easy to get to Alanya by bus. In general, I can confidently recommend this place to guests!

A great apartment with a super view. Modern kitchen and furniture Lots of tableware and appliances. Thanks to Victoria, we felt like we were staying in an apartment of good friends. There are many good restaurants nearby. The beach opposite is nice. There are entrances without stones and not a lot of people.

The place was spotlessly clean, everything was perfect and well-organized. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel so welcome. The location was excellent — we didn’t even need a taxi to get to the aquapark or the beach, everything was within walking distance. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lovely unit. Not a touristy area, very local. Nice quiet beaches nearby - good place to chill out and relax. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful complex. The beach, which is not very convenient for children at the complex, and right in front of the cemetery complex - it was a little strange at first, but then we got used to it. The pool is great for kids and the slides are cool.

We were very comfortable during our stay in Kaş, the house was cleaned very thoroughly, everything we might need was thought of. A quiet, calm, peaceful home. Akçagerme beach is within walking distance to swim, and there is a nice coastal section for walking. We had a comfortable stay for 3 people. If I ever travel to Kaş again, it will be the first place I'll call. Thank you so much.

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

Everything was great - small issue finding villa as we had english name for villa and signage was in Turkish. Otherwise any issues we had were quickly resolved and we enjoyed a very relaxing 10 days. An easy stroll into Kalkan and very close to all the beach clubs.

We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you so much for everything, we are very satisfied with everything.

A wonderful place, very beautiful views. Lots of restaurants close by, Migros and Macro shops, Johnny's Cafe Bar around the corner. Great apartment, as described and photographed, everything is working. A luxurious second floor with a large balcony with a good view, very comfortable living room, kitchen, balcony on the ground floor overlooking the pool and the surrounding area. Great pool a few steps from the room, have a nice time on the pool. A responsive host, met me, saw me off, showed me everything, recommended shops and restaurants. Need a car or taxi. You can walk to the beach in Kalkan, 10-15 minutes, back will be hard uphill due to the drop of heights, there is nowhere to leave a car by the beach. Beautiful beaches of Kaputas 10 minutes drive, Patara 25 minutes drive. Entrance to Patara is 15 euros per person, gives the right to visit 10 times within 10 days.

The house is very spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was clean and well prepared when we arrived. One of the highlights is its beautiful views, especially from the top floor terrace. It is a little bit tucked away from the town centre but only 5 min away from one of the beach clubs and has a couple of restaurants and shops a short walk away. I would recommend it and visit again.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful hostess! The apartment absolutely matched the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Right around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for activities and restaurants. We were completely satisfied. Thank you, dear Stella!
