Villa holiday rentals in Antalya

We stayed for 3 nights with another couple in Ziya's Villa. It is in a beautiful location about 30 minutes drive from Kas. The Villa worked out great for 2 couples as we had privacy and our own en-suites. The kitchen was perfect for preparing small meals and there was a lot of space for us to relax. It was a bit cool to use the pool but the outside area and pool were lovely. Very nice also to have the washing machine available to do a bit of laundry. Ziya met us at the Villa and once you have the right location for Google maps it wasn't hard to find. Just a bit confusing if you enter the address provided as it didn't indicate the actual location of the Villa. Very nice host who was friendly, helpful, and available when needed.

Better than advertised…couldn’t have asked for a better experience

We had a great stay at this villa! The house looked exactly like the photos — clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The garden and pool were regularly taken care of, which made everything even more enjoyable. There’s a market within walking distance, which was super convenient. The villa is also very close to Kalkan, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

It was a much more beautiful villa than the one in the photo. The availability of items such as towels, microwave, plates, forks and spoons was good for us. A place you won't regret staying.

Mesut was an absolute wonderful host! He brought us fresh eggs on our first morning, always had the pool looking pristine, gave excellent recommendations and checked on us daily to make sure everything was great! His place is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for a big breakfast meals and a few dinners. Sitting out on the patio and looking out to the beautiful mountains. The area is super close the exclusive part of Kalkan ( 5 minute drive) or a long walk… it’s also 30 minutes from Kas. We explored the mountains as well and had a blast. We did it on our own but you can check it out with tour companies. The whole area is safe, fun and vibrant! Enjoy your stay here! We sure did :)

Me and my partner had the best stay! The host was great always communicating with us and making sure all is okay with our stay. This villa is exactly the same as the photos and is so perfect!

Fantastic host! He was responsive with all everything we asked and we asked a lot! Sent someone for help instantly. The whole accomodation is as it looks on the pictures and kept up to beautiful standard. would 100% recommend if you have a large group!

Very good communication. Quick answers to every question. The host was very helpful. Check-in went smoothly. The villa and pool were clean. Feel comfortable and private at home. The space is perfect for 6 people. We are delighted with this place, we recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying with friends at Zehra and her mother's this week. Zehra had already made herself very available before our arrival by giving us a lot of information about things to do in her beautiful area, sometimes even taking care of reservations.  Despite a late arrival, an excellent meal was waiting for us at the house with very neat table setting. The contact the next day proved to be as good as the first exchanges.  We had breakfasts prepared by her every morning and even a dinner. All the dishes were of excellent quality.  The house offers a great view of Sidé and the coast.  The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.  Indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, practical and superb. The pool is incredibly large. In short, something to delight as many people as possible. Thank you again Zehra for this wonderful stay, your hospitality and kindness. We already miss your dishes.

The Villa was absolutely wonderful—located in a quiet and beautiful area, and close to everything you could need. We were a family and spent the most amazing holiday there. Everything was available and ready for us. The swimming pool was extremely clean, the rooms were spotless, and all the essentials were provided. All the tourist attractions were nearby, the beach was just a short distance away, and markets and restaurants were right next to the house. Even though we arrived late, the host waited for us and stayed in touch despite the late hour, which we really appreciated. I’m certain I’ll be coming back again—it truly felt like a perfect getaway.

An absolutely beautiful villa, just as the pictures show, the view is so fantastic and it feels very private. Very well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor BBQ area with running water to this. Walkable to a couple of restaurants but requires the shuttle/car/taxi to get to Kaş. A perfect stay all around!

We had a great time at this villa, felt like own home. Emir arranged free airport transportation for us which was very helpful. The villa is spacious, clean and secure. the caretaker is also very nice behaviour. Though he has difficulties in communicating in English, he could manage well and always available. The pool is very nice and clean. The treadmill was not operational so we didn't use. The TT , basketball and other facilities are nice . Lots of plants around the villa which makes the house more beautiful. All kitchen appliances and cookware available. We are satisfied and will recommend this property to others as well

Beautiful villa on the lovely Kaş peninsula. We lived there for a week and had a wonderful time. Dom was very helpful and responsive when we needed something and the villa maintenance guy Omer was also very friendly. The villa had everything you may need during your stay - microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, a variety of cutlery. We greatly enjoyed the pool and the darts there. The only downside for us was that the villa had 3 bedrooms upstairs with pleasant views and 1 bedroom downstairs that is available from the different entrance and as we were a company of 6 people willing to use all the 4 bedrooms it was hard to decide who would stay in that last bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you, Dom and Omer, for making our vacation so nice!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Müge at Kozy Holidays, was extremely kind and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed. She added so many beautiful little attentions throughout our stay that made it feel extra special. The views were absolutely spectacular, and everything was spotless. Highly recommend!

Cüneyt’s home is likely one of the best kept secrets of Turkïye! The home is spacious and well equipped and the pool and private access to the sea are incredible. For a big group of people, everyone is able to have their own space but there are also spaces big enough to gather. The home is only a short drive to town where there are lovely restaurants and more public beaches. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

Our stay here at Villa Calico was spectacular! One of the best holidays ever - beautiful views lovely and peaceful location the Villa was wonderful with everything that we needed and more ! Our family of seven thought we had died and gone to heaven ! Would definitely recommend this property and we will be returning again Excellent holiday 😎

Mr. Erhan is a very friendly and great host. He greeted us privately as we entered the house and had a very friendly attitude. The house was very, very clean. I am a very meticulous person and I check the cleaning as soon as I enter the house, but the house was clean. There is every item you can think of in the kitchen. From the coffee machine to the air fryer. It's literally the comfort of your own home. The furniture is new and useful, and she also had the house sprayed. Although we are in the middle of the forest, I did not see a single ant in the house. Moments with a baby are like a bug bite :). He even had the Ministry of Health banderole documents that he put in the house for the cleaning of the pool, etc. They even put water, wine, and fruit in the house for us. Thank you so much to him. If you want to have a clean accommodation experience in nature, I think this is the place you will prefer. You can stay safely

Hasans place was absolutely incredible. Amazing views of sunset. The pool was huge and all the landscaping was beautiful. The whole place had everything you needed, very modern. It was the highest place in the mountains but easy to get to and very close to the main area of bars/restaurants. We will definitely be returning here. Hasan was great with communication and came and cleaned the pool and outdoor area. Whole villa fully equipped and secluded for privacy. Thank you

This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. Thank you again for what such a wonderful stay Sir.

A one-to-one place for those who want privacy, calm and quiet in the forest. All the items you need are available in the house. It is within driving distance to historical places and the beach. The host, Mr. Ramazan, was caring and friendly. We had a nice vacation. & Thank you for everything

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need—from fluffy towels and quality toiletries to a well-equipped kitchen. Every detail was clearly chosen with care. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and checking in to make sure we were comfortable (without being intrusive). The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to amazing restaurants, cafes, and attractions. What really made this place special, though, was the atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat—peaceful, cozy, and full of charm. We were genuinely sad to leave! Highly recommended. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

This villa in Kalkan was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking; it had a quiet, calm and peaceful atmosphere. The house was extremely modern and tastefully furnished, especially the lighting was very stylish. The cleaning was perfect, everything was clean and tidy. The host was incredibly polite and sincere, helped us with everything and welcomed us very well. We had a truly unforgettable holiday experience. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind! First of all, after the terrible experience we had with another accommodation on the same day, we chose the mansion belonging to Mr. Mustafa among the 5 accommodations offered to us by the Airbnb support team. I'm glad we chose it. Mr. Mustafa is a very kind, respectful, and helpful gentleman. The house is perfect, the neighborhood is quiet, it was great to wake up in the morning with the sound of the azan and the chirping of birds, we definitely recommend it, we even plan to come with the whole family on the next holiday. We had a fantastic stay. The view is absolutely stunning and great sunset every night. The villa is well equipped with loads of space. You’ll need a car because there isn’t much walkable but the location is great - under 10 mins into Kalkan and 20 to Kaputas beach. Medine and her father were very responsive and welcoming.
