Mr. Talat is very friendly. Even though we arrived a little early, we checked into our immaculate home. The location of the house was great for my expectations. The most ideal location as Kalkan is already in the middle to visit the natural wonders around. It is even close to Ölüdeniz. Which I think you can enjoy snake roads at high altitudes by listening to the maps on the way, but I recommend choosing your own easy route when you return. Two neighborhood dogs will keep you company when you walk on the street, one of which is grizzly, one white (spotted on the back), you don't have to be afraid of them, extremely friendly dogs on the contrary. Very nice accommodation close to everywhere if you are going by car. Very close to Kaputas Beach, the natural wonder, and Patara Beach. In addition, a peaceful stay between the natural neighborhood of the region. A clean and pleasant accommodation offered by a beautiful family, which I can recommend for those who want to go anywhere by car, as long as you don't want to leave the house in the evening and take a walk.

Apartment is great! Good layout, perfect floor plan and a large balcony, plus the quiet location. Across the street and I was already on the beach, which is not as crowded here as further up to the cable car. The surrounding restaurants are also a little quieter. The supermarket opposite is one of the best in its group. Lots of fresh fruit and Turkish specialties, freshly prepared. Oezdal and his wife Eda are a jewel. Always available at short notice, in a good mood and available for information even in the middle of the night. I have often been in Alanya in private apartments as a guest at home. The apartment of Oezdal and Eda is now at a lonely peak! In the future, I will only stay here if I am allowed! The apartment was amazing, very modern, clean and tidy. Had everything in it I needed. The pool outside is ideal for chilling and relaxing. The beach was only a 10 min walk. Rhnha was a great host, always available to I chat too and very attentive. I will definitely be using again in the future.

Amazing place to stay. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished. Property boasts of indoor swimming pool and spa facilities. Very close to shops and amenities. Property has dishwasher and ironing facilities. Microwave and washing machine will be nice in the property.

The location of the apartment is in the Oba area, which is the most decent, most beautiful part of Alanya. Although very central, you will find the tranquility to read your book comfortably on its spacious beaches. There is a taxi rank, restaurants across from the house. There are bars, numerous shops and grocery stores where you can shop. In the evenings, you can sit on your balcony with pleasure, watch the passing and relieve the tiredness of the day by having a very pleasant time. It is impossible to see a single quality item and material in the house. Nice spacious apartment, more then enough for two people. Pros: the apartment is well located – close to the center. The view is amazing, we were really enjoying spending time at the balcony. Cons: roosters were crazy. It impossible to sleep well, especially if you have a fragile sleep. Also it would be better to receive check-in instructions in advance.

I felt like I was in my own home. It was a very comfortable house. There were all kitchen utensils, and we cooked. Everything needed was considered, it was in the house. The comfort of the furniture, the spaciousness of the house, the fact that the complex is equipped, a house in nature overlooking the quiet peaceful trees where we wake up with the sound of birds in the morning. I would like to thank him for being a very interested and good host. He was also very helpful in places to visit with his suggestions. We're already thinking about coming back.

We traveled with my wife and 2 other children from Istanbul to attend the vow ceremony of my son who served as a military service. We made a 3-day holiday plan for ourselves because our transformation would be difficult. We met Hüseyin and his family through Airbnb. The beautiful people of my beautiful yurt really. The amenities in the villa were very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool ,jacuzzi ,barbecue were pleasant. We spent 3 days surrounded by peaceful nature. We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

The place was a palace, we’ve felt like royalty! The pool was nice, functional kitchen, AC, lots of space and a great view to enjoy it all. You need to get a car to go around Kaş, there is a parking space!

We were a large group and the solution with the 4 accommodations was perfect. The houses are very comfortable: double bathrooms, air conditioning in three rooms, excellent cleanliness and well-stocked kitchen. For us, the washing machine was very useful on our traveling trip! The pool was a real treat for adults and children. Absolutely recommended place away from the chaos of Kas!

Apart from a few renovations and improvements at home, there is no problem, I am thinking of going again to a beautifully designed colorful villa.

Large and nice apartment within walking distance to the beach and Oba city center. Really enjoyed. The host has always been nice and responded quickly to our inquiries both before and during the stay. Recommend this place and would love to come back.

A variety of built-in home appliances , such as a dishwasher , are pleasant to the accommodation. The most gorgeous view from the window, everything you need is within a walking distance.
