Holiday rentals with beach access in Antalya

Fabulous stay in Antalya! We recently rented the two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment above the Karaf Bistro in Antalya, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was modern, clean, well-equipped, and maintained to exceptionally good standard. The excellent location made it easy to explore the city. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, and dependable. Yaren was always available to answer any questions. Downstairs the bistro serves excellent food. I am not a fan of pizza, but their pizza was the best I have ever tasted. Pasta and the Turkish cheese salad are excellent too. The bistro also offers room delivery, which is convenient after a busy day. We would recommend this apartment (and the bistro) for anyone looking to stay in Antalya.

This typical apartment, located on the ground floor, enjoys an ultra-central location, close to the tram, restaurants and the seaside. Despite this ideal situation, I appreciated the calm that reigns there. Upon my arrival, drinks were graciously made available, a very appreciable attention. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Hülya was a remarkable host, offering a warm welcome and constant attention throughout the stay. I greatly appreciated his hospitality. I recommend it!

Ms. Gülin was a good host. As soon as we put our man on the street, he saw us and helped us with the parking lot. The entire apartment and the sheets were clean and tidy. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

I had a lovely stay at Ermans house, it was exactly as it looked in the photos, the beds were comfortable, it was spotlessly clean and in a great location. It was 18 mins walk to Terra City (big shopping mall) 20 mins walk to a lovely park with great cafes and bars, highly recommend visiting The Big Man and Moon Lara to eat and drink. There were local supermarkets all 10 mins walk away (Migros, BIM, and Carrefour) all reasonably priced. As I stayed for 10 days I did mention to Erman it would be a ‘nice to have’ a clothes airer to dry some washing and a toaster (us Brits love our toast) and he ordered them straight away and they were at the door when we got back from a trip. He was very polite, responsive and a great host. The area is busy with a few bars and clubs, but as soon as you’re in the bedrooms you couldn’t really hear the noise and it stops at 1am. Earplugs definitely block it out, not that I bothered using any! I would absolutely stay here again 😁

We've spent great time at Hakan's place. It's nice and clean. Really big private balcony with gorgeous mountain view. 15min walking from Konyalty beach and 10 min from tram and bus stations to Old city. Hakan is the best host. If you need he gives you some good advices about food and market on the area. We would be happy to come back here again.

Apartment matches the description, clean and large access to accommodate 4 people. Especially with a washing machine and a dishwasher. On the other hand, it's a shame that the curtains are not blackout. I recommend this Airbnb. Host was very responsive.

Stop searching—this is the one! We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this one is at the top of our list. The unbeatable location, stunning views, easy walkability to top spots, convenient airport taxi access, and stylish apartment make it a perfect stay!

The villa was clean beyond what was shown in the photos and the items were quite sufficient. The pool and garden were magnificent, the environment was quiet to relax. It was 1-2 minutes by car to the center of Demre in terms of location. Mr. Mehmet provided flexibility at both check-in and checkout and made local recommendations very useful for us. This will be our first choice again for our next visit to Demre/Kaş. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

We had a very pleasant 3 days in the villa. We can say that it is a comfortable and very clean place where all needs are considered. If you are looking for a holiday where you can feel special and enjoy nature and silence, you can easily choose it. If you don't have a private vehicle, it will be difficult to reach the villa, but it is close to holiday resorts, beaches and historical places that can be seen in the vicinity. We were very pleased, and we would like to thank Mr. Hasan for his sincere communication.

We had a pleasant holiday, Ms. Pınar was a very good host. We didn't use areas like the jacuzzi tub, but the garden and pool were very enjoyable. It's an ideal home for a family of 4 or a group of friends. It is close to the center and the surrounding bays in terms of location. Guests without a car may have some difficulties.

I absolutely loved my stay here. We were shocked that the place was bigger than it looked in the photos. Our caretaker was so friendly and helpful. Anything we needed we would just send him a message and he will be there within minutes. They were very responsive and help finding where to get food. Everyday our bins were taken out and pool cleaned. The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms too. The service was so amazing I didn’t want to leave. We really enjoyed our stay here.

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! Serhat is the best host – he did everything possible to make us feel truly welcome. He arranged a transfer for us, and it was such a lovely surprise to receive fresh pastries in the morning. He was always available and incredibly kind. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and just as described, with the sea nearby. There are delicious local restaurants around. We definitely want to come back! Thank you!

5* service by Salih. He is very friendly and helpful. This villa is extremely beautiful and worth the price paid for a big family. House is beautiful and very clean. Some surprised snacks and water was there for us and upon check out he gave gifts to everyone.

We had a lovely stay at this spa resort! The apartment is modern, very nicely furnished, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, with a beautiful spa that has relaxing Bali vibes. We especially enjoyed the scent of jasmine by the pool—it really added to the calm atmosphere. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Orhan was a great host, always quick to respond, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. A perfect place to unwind—we’d love to come back!

Our stay was great! The house was even more beautiful and clean than the photos in the ad. All our needs were considered, we really liked the attention to detail. The location is also very central and the view from the balcony is magnificent, it was both a relaxing and easy to reach experience. I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

The apartment feels like home and is in a very beautiful location. Has all the furniture needed for extended stays as well. 10/10!

Very well located, close to the beach. Kitchen not very functional but it's very easy to feed nearby: lots of inexpensive restaurants.

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
