Nice holiday spot In principle, there is everything you need for life, and if something is not there, you can ask the staff. Great location, 3 minutes to the sea, shops nearby. It is important that there was heating, for January this is a significant plus.

The location of the house is very nice, very cute and tastefully furnished, good heating, kitchen utensils are enough, only the bed of the bedroom was not very comfortable, it can be changed. I was much more comfortable than my stay in normal hotels, thanks to the host

We were as comfortable as in our own home, everything needed was available at home, we were very comfortable with our 3 year old child. The pool, garden, playground, our animal friends were all great. 15 min walk to the sea 15 min walk to restaurants and grocery stores Far from the noise and crowds. Other houses in the garden are also distant from each other. If you are looking for a quiet, calm, peaceful place, it is definitely recommended. Thank you to Ms. Cumagül and the entire Arcadia team.

I was very satisfied with Bella Rose Apart in Alanya, where I went for the first time for education. It was also an important detail that there was a grocery store nearby and within walking distance to the beach and bus stops. The rooms were clean and there were necessary items to prepare something practical in the kitchen. At the same time, Mr. Firat was very interested and I found a quick response to my requests. I would also like to thank him. When I come back, I'll prefer it again.

Ferhan is a great host who welcomes with such a warmth and is always there to help with anything. Accommodations are just like in the pictures, equipped with everything you need and spotless clean. The location is perfect within a 1 minute walk to the Kalkan beach and town centre with a variety of restaurants. Ferhan hanim, thank you so much for everything! We loved everything! Mrs. Fatma welcomed us very nicely with her motherly attitude. He thought about everything from transportation to the food we ate. The location of the villa is very nice, although we did not have a car, we did not have any difficulties with their help. He welcomed us like a guest, not a customer. We enjoyed both the place we stayed and Ms. Fatma. We thank you many times for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bahce Apart. The home was very clean and well furnished. Outdoor garden is very nice and well decorated with good taste. It is a very nice, spacious one-bedroom apartment on the top floor of the building the apart hotel. It has large windows, lots of light and it has a panoramic view of the mountains and the city and a bilateral views of the sea. There is also a terrace with a table and chairs which we used a lot. Beaches are just 5 min walk. The kitchen is fully equipped except the dishwasher but the cleaning service is daily and that includes dishes as well. The personnel is friendly and very helpful with any questions or concerns The apartment is at a great value and I would definitely stay there again esepcially at the offered price.

We stayed for about a month in their 1 bedroom apartment and it was great. Check in process was difficult and our place was not ready due to short staff but management was very helpful and kind and put us in another apartment that was ready. The location is amazing. Grocery stores, restaurants, and bars are within 5 min walk. The beach is about 15 min walk. They had pictures of the pool but when we got there, pool was closed the entire time. The apartments had all essentials, kitchen had pots and pans and utensils. The internet was extremely fast and we had no problems working from here. I would highly recommend! Just communication could improve a little.

We spent 3 nights there at this place. The room is spacious and we have access to the kitchen and terraces of the house which are very pretty. The bathroom is shared, but we only met one other person on our floor during our stay. We were also able to use the washer for free. It says the place is non-smoking, but there are people who smoke in the house. The room doesn't smell like cigarettes thankfully, but there's a smell when you go out into the hallways. Cleanliness is correct, but no more. We liked the location too, close to the center of the old town. All in all, despite the few shortcomings, we are satisfied for the price we paid

We were very satisfied with the attention of Mr. Ahmet, as if a guest who had just arrived at his house welcomed us:) When we arrived, our car parking was even arranged. The room was like an apartment and a hotel with 🙏🏻 shampoo, towels, slippers, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, tea maker and everything you could cook with. The air conditioning is very nice :) In the meantime, there is a hill, but if you listen to the directions to the center from Mr. Ahmet, you will immediately reach the center with a small hill walking experience:)

Very neat and clean. But some furniture (ex. bathroom glass handle, cupboard's handle) require repairing. I found the communication from the management was good. In the kitchen, the gaslighter was missing, we had to buy. The manager behaviour was friendly. Location is 10 mins walking distance from the nearest public beach. The balcony was so long that my son liked it very much.

It was nice to have someone always available at the reservation. The room was clean, there was no problem. Our questions were answered quickly.

The studio is just one street away from the beach—it was lovely waking up and stepping straight into paradise. The area is developing, with lots of construction happening, but this specific spot still has a charming rural vibe. A rooster sings to wake you up in the morning, olive and orange trees grow all around, and humble little homes sit against a backdrop of dramatic mountains. And to surprise you even more, just one street over is Konyaaltı Beach—modern and posh. But if you take a short walk into the neighborhood, you can still find local, budget-friendly supermarkets like ŞOK, A101, and Migros. Two buses take you to the city center (though they usually run at least 15 minutes late, so plan accordingly! 😁). The studio itself is simple and basic, but it has everything you need. I didn’t mind the simplicity—when the outdoors feels like heaven, that’s all that matters! And the landlady is so sweet, and responsive. I'll come back soon ❤️
