Family-friendly holiday rentals in Antalya

We had a group of 7 and this house was perfect. The pool was amazing, the private dock was excellent. There are 2 beach clubs for beach dining and 2 restaurants right next door and we enjoyed visiting them daily. There is an excellent and inexpensive bus to get in to town that comes daily just up the hill. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to come back and see all of our new friends. We would definitely stay here again.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Very nice villa with an amazing pool and facilities. Location is good for visiting land of legends, Antalya old town and a few beaches, although you need transport. Ufuk from the complex was very helpful in giving us transport cheaper than regular taxis, he was very flexible and also gave us advice on where to visit.

It was the perfect vacation home that we were looking for. Escaped from our lives for a week at a peaceful place at the peninsula, had everything we needed without any issues. Thanks to Hilary & Ramazan for running this perfect place and hosting us!

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

Beautiful Villa in Kalkan had a great holiday. Facilities in the villa were great and had everything we needed. There is a couple of little shops and a restaurants within walking distance, however I would strongly recommend a hire car for the villa as the main town would be a long walk. We visited all the restaurants recommended by Yusuf and were all excellent. We also visited the Sunken city in Kekova on a kayak tour and Saklikent gorge which were both amazing trips. Highly recommend this villa! We didn’t want to leave. Thanks for a great trip!

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway Seki cottage is an absolute gem. The location is ideal just a short 15 minute drive to shops, restaurants, and beaches. I would recommend hiring a car as you are in a remote village. The villa itself is spacious and immaculately clean with plenty of room to unwind and enjoy your time in comfort. The highlight of our stay was the private pool! We spent lots of time enjoying peaceful surroundings and making the most of the quiet atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit available from the orange, lemon and loquat trees. What set this stay apart was the host, Zehra went above and beyond by welcoming us with breakfast - such a thoughtful touch. She even made us a delicious homemade peach pie. She was very responsive to queries and offered great recommendations for local restaurants making it easy to discover the best places to eat. The stay overall exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning soon.

Our stay at Soral Villas was fantastic. The villa was comfortable, spacious, and convenient. Located on the peninsula, the villa was peaceful and quiet, but an easy couple minute drive into Kaş. Yusuf was a wonderful host - communicative and helpful. We highly recommend checking out his cocktail bar in Kaş city center! We would absolutely stay again if given the chance.

Jarles' villa was amazing, like straight out of a movie! It has one of the most beautiful views over Alanya and the sea. Everything was perfect. Probably one of the most nicest placest I've been to.

I recently stayed at an apartment near Kemer, and it was an excellent experience! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The area is super peaceful, offering a calm and serene environment—ideal for those looking to unwind. The host was also incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet getaway by the sea

Everything was better than we expected. Place has a magnificent view. It’s 20 minutes walking from place to the Kas center. Very recommended!

A few hiccups at first, but all was put right as soon as we told Mustafa. Very friendly, helpful people. Kalkan is lovely and the villa is beautiful and well-equipped. Very clean. Infinity pool with stunning views.

We stayed 1 month, we will be returning. We hired a scooter to get us up & down the hill. We walked up and down a handfull of times during our stay. I would prefer to be up the hill with the views, it takes about 1 minute to get down into the town by scooter. The area is very very safe, very kind & friendly local people. We can't wait to return to Saylam Suites & Kaş.

We arrived extremely late so didn’t appreciate the place until the morning but when we opened the blinds and saw the views it was breathtaking. Photos don’t even do the villa justice. It suited all our needs and was a fantastic place for our party of 9. Andrew and Adem were always helpful and responsive. We would definitely like to return!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

The views are even better than in the pictures! All the rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, with a generous 2 pillows per person. Just a couple of things to note; we were there for 10 days but there was no change of linen in that time. Also the curtains at all the windows are white linen, which is beautifully cool but if you’re bothered by being woken by the morning light, bring an eye mask! We were 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles) so the house layout worked perfectly. 8 very good quality sun loungers with lots of space to spread out and plenty of proper shade on the terrace. Wonderful outdoor dining facilities which we used all the time as the views / sunsets are just SPECTACULAR!!! Melinda couldn’t have been more helpful and responded very quickly. Cuneyt is her local representative in Kas and was equally as helpful, recommending and booking restaurants for us and telling us about things to do and places to go - a real bonus! Would 100% recommend this place!

This is truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The photos do not do the view justice! It is a gorgeous apartment, beautifully furnished, and the view is breathtaking. Morning coffee looking out over the Kas harbor and the sea were perfect, as were the sunsets! It was magical. The host was very responsive, refilled the chilled drinking water almost immediately when it ran out, and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The pool is lovely and a perfect way to cool off after the hike up the hill from the harbor. It definitely requires one to be quite fit, but you could also take a quick 3 minute taxi ride. We enjoyed the exercise and the reward of being at the the beautiful, peaceful Lemon House. Highly recommend this property! Thank you again.

Villa was exactly as described and was so handy having an en-suite in every bedroom - especially as we were 8 women. The Pool area was great and it gets the sun all day. The wall is also a great addition as it adds some extra privacy. We arrived really late from the airport and were able to check in and we also appreciate being able to leave our bags after check out. Everything was great!! Thank you - we will be back.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owners, Muammer and his brother, were very friendly and helpful without being “nosy”. They speak sophisticated English and we felt welcome as if we were at home. Whenever we had a question or requested the owners reacted directly and helpful. We could park our car right behind the house and could walk to the many nice shops and restaurants within minutes. The harbour from where the fishing boats and touring boats leave is like the beach just 4 minutes by foot. We also spent some time with our kids at the beautiful private swimming pool where we could grill the local fish on the spacious terrace. The house is in a quiet area and the rooms and beds are comfortable. Thank you very much for the wonderful week in your beautiful house in Kalkan.
