Stellar location very close to the beach and multiple great restaurants and shops. Our kids had no problem going off on their own for coffee or food. Beds were super comfortable. Host was very responsive when we reached out with questions.

We had an amazing week at Michael and Denzel’s home! It was actually better than the pictures with enough space for everyone to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for two families. The home is spotless and extremely well stocked. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday! Highly recommend this home. It will exceed your expectations in every way!

Great location. Everything was a short drive, and the beach was a short walk. The place was very clean and stocked. My family had everything we needed during our vacation. We had a great time and would return.

I came down with 2 friends for a moms getaway and we had a wonderful time. This sweet little house is perfect and we will definitely be back. Amy is so nice and accommodating. The house was very clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Can’t wait to visit again.

The listing says it is just a few steps from the beach and that is true! It was so easy to go back and forth and with 4 kids and beach items that was very important. The house was beautiful and spotless. We felt right at home and we loved every second of our stay! Thanks Mark for helping us make a special family vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at AMI Retreat! The pool was great and loved having in the backyard, the beach access was close by and we would highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around town. Can't wait to come back!

Staying a this Airbnb on Anna Maria island was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach, where we spent our mornings. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The private pol was a dream-crystal clear and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It truly felt like our own personal oasis. What really made the experience stand out was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, beachside retreat with all the comforts at home- and then some- this is the place. Anytime we travel to this island this is the first place I will check to see if it is available.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. This home is super clean, well styled, and spacious. The backyard oasis is amazing - very private and quiet. The location is great; the home is close to all amenities as well as the beach. Communication with the host was exceptional. Dana is super responsive and very friendly and accommodating. Our time at Anna Maria Island was truly fabulous. The rental was spotless clean and exactly as described. The property itself was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping and the rental was wonderfully decorated and had so many nice touches. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of information about the area and gave us great recommendations on nearby amenities. The house is just steps from the bay and was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and relax during our stay. We loved our time at this rental and plan to return! The place was an absolute great finding and great value for the price! The house is very spacious for a family (we were the 3 of us with a 5 year-old). It has a well equipped kitchen, a separate playroom which our daughter enjoyed very much and even a garden to chill outside. A big hit for us was a beautiful piano in the living room - very unusual equipment in a beach house, but was a pleasant surprise. My daughter and husband were competing who could play on it:) There were plenty of beach towels provided and beach equipments, toys. The beach is just walking distance (5-7 min), but we were also driving to the Bean Point Beach where you find free parking. Check-in/out and communication was easy and smooth! Definitely worth the money to stay here!

Awesome place to stay! We loved the location. Close to everything. Beautiful home with plenty of room and the place is so nice inside. We felt right at home. Love the tropical plants and Kim was very responsive and nice about everything. 10/10 would love to stay here again!

The Sand DollarCottage was our home for our family vacation this year. The home was even better than pictured. Walking, we were 90 seconds away from the beautiful white sand beach of the gulf. You don’t realize how nice a private pool is until you have that amenity at hand. Carolyn, the host, was great. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Our family definitely recommends this home and its host.

This home couldn’t have been a better fit for our beach trip. We had 4 families gather (12 of us in total) in early June. The host’s replies were prompt and clear. Inside, the space is even more beautiful than the photos: roomy, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches like a game room, coffee station, corn-hole set, and a covered grilling area. Lots of balconies with beautiful, partial views of the bay and the Skyway Bridge. The home was very clean, and everyone raved about the comfortable beds, and the location put us close to the sand and local spots. We’d happily book this place again for our next group trip!

We loved our stay at the Sandy Toes villa and hope to return some day. The location was fantastic, private and quiet but very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and tennis/pickleball courts. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Marlanea was very responsive and helpful.

This cottage was cozy and beautiful. It had everything you needed and more. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood & a close drive to the beach. We loved having access to the beach gear & the backyard had everything you could dream of. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed Backyard Bliss. It was tucked away in a little cul-de-sac with a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed for inside as well as everything needed for a day at the beach. And the pool was wonderful!!

The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience and we would absolutely stay again. Very walkable to the beach but it was hard to leave the back yard pool area bc of how beautiful and private it was! Great communication and instructions and had a very seamless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

Without a doubt the pre arrival communication, during the stay communication, and post stay communication was stellar. AMI definitely does the right job in giving all the information you need and stays in touch during the stay The property was perfect, from decor, to the pool and the mini golf. The location could not have been better only 1 block from the beach and right by all the little shops and restaurants on the quieter north end. If there was any notes on the stay it was the the air did not go below 72. (we like it cold!) We requested a change and they worked to lower it to 70. While it wasn't as cold as we hoped their repeated call backs checking in on us and the responsiveness was absolutely first class. We will definitely stay again.
