We had an amazing week at Michael and Denzel’s home! It was actually better than the pictures with enough space for everyone to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for two families. The home is spotless and extremely well stocked. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday! Highly recommend this home. It will exceed your expectations in every way!

Had the absolute best stay here! Everything was perfect, from the interior design to the location. The pool was great with lots of privacy in the backyard. The house was spacious, each bedroom having a king and its own bathroom. My son loved that. We would love to stay here again!

I came down with 2 friends for a moms getaway and we had a wonderful time. This sweet little house is perfect and we will definitely be back. Amy is so nice and accommodating. The house was very clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Can’t wait to visit again.

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our family vacation of two young children, two parents and two grandparents. Her house sits on a dead end street just a few blocks from the beach. We found everything we needed for a few meals at home, and having a washer and dryer was convenient. The kicker was the outdoor pool, which we loved. We would easily recommend her place to anyone who wants a beautiful place to spend vacation.

Ross and Hannah’s place was great for our family if 5! The pool with tv set up was amazing for our kiddos many movies in the pool during the week made it so much fun! We also loved the convenience of using the golf cart, was so close to shops and restaurants (we only used our rental car once to go to Cortez)! Hannah was also very quick to respond and s gracious host. We would recommend to families coming to ami- a good value!!

Words can't describe what this place looks and feels like! It is beautiful, comfortable and accessible. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach and pool all day, this is the spot. It has all the necessary amenities for the trip. They do have beach chairs, cart, umbrella and beach toys. The arrival and check in was no hassle at all, had no need to contact the host, as everything was well taken care of and it had written detailed instructions for further assistance. The BEACH is extremely beautiful.

Wonderful airbnb that is a perfect location within bradenton beach. A minute walk to a beautiful beach and away from the more visited and crowded beachs on anna maria island. This place is perfect for a family. Fawn was very responsive, helpful and the flexibility on an early check in topped the cake!

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great weekend trip staying at this beautiful spot on Anna Maria Island. The location was perfect, just steps from both the beach and a pool, which was ideal for our two teenage girls. There was plenty to do in the area! The space was just right for the four of us. It was comfortable, clean, and well-organized with a charming island vibe that made it feel like a true getaway. Everything we needed was there, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. Our host, Marc, was absolutely fantastic. He was responsive, helpful, and incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out, which made our trip even more stress-free. It’s not often you come across such a thoughtful and accommodating host. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Marc again for future stays and recommendations. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed everything about the condo and the area! Was clean and directly looked over the ocean!

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

We had a lovely time. It’s an easy to walk to the beach. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely book again if coming back to Bradenton Beach.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

Absolutely beautiful location right on the beach. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Loved the balcony and view from upstairs.

We had a wonderful stay! The location can’t be any better! The condo was clean and well equipped. Communication was clear and fast. Very nice and quiet condo. My recommendation for those staying (lucky you!!) is to bring your breakfast and lunch (at least), because once there you won’t want to leave! You will be at walking distance from some restaurants and there is a nice beachfront restaurant and bar next door. Loved waking up and having my cup of coffee on the balcony and walking along the sea shore. What can I say, I would definitely be going back! The hosts are truly superhosts. Totally recommended. Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.
