Julie was amazing and very responsive. Our stay was perfect from start to finish, a lot of space for my family and I to spend time together. The backyard area was massive with plenty of seating/lounge areas. We enjoyed the coffee bar and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely recommend and will stay again in the future. Eileen's home and Gail's hosting exceeded our expectations! Perfect location, just across the street from the beach path on a quiet street in my favorite A.M.I. neighborhood and beach area. The charming home has been freshly updated with lots of natural light, beautiful terrazzo floors, well-stocked kitchen and supplies, and is pristinely maintained throughout. There are generous, well-appointed amenities and thoughtful, welcome gifts which add special touches throughout the home. The several inviting indoor and outdoor living areas are spacious and nicely furnished with comfortable seating. The beds are also comfortable with high quality pillows and bedding. The bath and beach towels are plush and plentiful. Nice bikes and beach chairs are also available for one's use. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee outside watching the birds visit the birdfeeder. Considering the many years that we have visited A.M.I., Eileen's place is the most welcoming and just steps from the beach!!

You must take action in the pool area, as in the evening there are many mosquitoes that cause bite problems.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The check in was seamless plenty of space for parking, and Sam was very responsive to any questions I sent via the app .We loved all the amazing amenities like the ping-pong table, open living room space, and the variety of board games and cards. The pool temperature was nice and comfortable in the outside was very clean. We would’ve loved if the jacuzzi jets functioned however they were still under repair. Sam was able to warm up the Jacuzzi temperature for us though, giving us nice hot water. The only thing we noticed was it took quite a while for the master bathroom to heat up for showers due to the distance from the water heater. we had to let the water run for quite some time, and even then it didn’t get as hot as the rooms on the other side. Other than that we loved the space!

A nice home for your vacation. We loved the pelican theme and those streamlined touches throughout. The couch was comfy and decor was fun. Our nephews really enjoyed the game room and pool. Very comfortable for a family of 5. House is conveniently located near shops, grocery and restaurants. The host was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, we had a very nice time, despite the rainy weather.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Magdalena’s place. The location was close to all the beaches we wanted to visit and restaurants. We also loved that it was pet friendly, so we brought our dog with us. The house was clean with a hot tub and beautiful backyard. We also appreciated ask the beach items she had in the garage and beach cruisers. I highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

1000/10 RECOMMEND !!! Love love love the aesthetic of this place, Jeremy was super helpful and accommodating and the space has absolutely everything you need! Loaded closet with all the beach supplies you need AND a wagon to tote it all around! The space was super cozy and also got a cute little welcome basket with things to use during your stay! We will definitely be coming back to this space for our annual florida trip!

My family came for a week and loved our stay! The beach is a short walk and John’s instructions were clear to the access. The beach as promised was private and beautiful! We came in June, and weather showed rain everyday, but for us it only rained at night and offered beautiful clouds for a beach sunset. A delightful bonus was the shed with beach items and a wagon to help carry things the beach. It was super helpful and much appreciated! My wife, and our two sons (8 and 11), and I had no problem sharing the space. A/C was cool and quiet, showers were nice, and everything clean. Kitchen is small, but great for cooking simple meals. Cookware is all clean and new! If we find ourselves back visiting the Sarasota area again soon, we will definitely stay here again!

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

This is a beautiful place with every conceivable comfort - from hangers to camp chairs. We appreciated the wonderful walk in closet and drawer space as well as the great water pressure and rapidly heating water. The view from both bedroom and living room is gorgeous. Spent most of our time on the patio which increased the sense of space. One note - the bed in the master is quite high - something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Beautiful home, wife and I really like it a lot!

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L. Home! Wonderfully decorated. Super clean. Lovely backyard oasis. Loved the ping pong and pool for the times it would rain. TV’s in every area was nice too! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved Paula and Roberto’s house. It is beautifully landscaped and decorated. The bedrooms are all spacious. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. I don’t think that there was anything that we needed that we didn’t have. The screened in porch and pool were heavenly. We had seven adults and three kids and a dog and I would say that the game room was the biggest hit after the pool. Paula and Roberto accommodated an early check-in for our family with two small children that were flying in early. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Great location! So many restaurants and shops that are walkable. Beach access so easy. Place was very clean and had everything we needed.

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.
