A wonderfully calm and tranquil place in a lovely garden surrounded by birdsong. Francoise is an excellent host who respects your privacy. The property is modern and very well equipped. Ideally situated for exploring the Vendee coast and Puy de Fou. A very enjoyable holiday. Highly recommend. Thank you Francoise.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. Great location, great communication and lots of information provided. The apartment was fab, very spacious and nice decor, had everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay including a great terrace!

We had such a lovely stay, the place had so many little perks and was squeaky clean. We loved the terrace space and it seems so much thought was put into it (TV, fulled ice cube trays, extra throw blanket, etc). We already miss it! Thanks so much to our hosts.

The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The view of the sea from the sheltered balcony is enchanting. The apartment is well equipped for self-catering, as we are. We didn't miss anything. Contacting the owner was straightforward and friendly. We met her on site and she showed us everything. At the beginning of June, only a few shops and the restaurant around the corner were open for a few days. This certainly contributed to a calm and peaceful atmosphere. However, this also means that there was no possibility of making purchases on site. We were in the surrounding villages at the markets, which is always a nice experience. Corine, who is responsible for the accommodation on site, was helpful and friendly. She gave us tips and helped us when we couldn't cope. Thank you to Gwenaëlle and Corine for everything.

Great location, amazing view and nice host!

We felt completely comfortable and fell a little in love with the Ile de Ré. The accommodation is very pretty and furnished with an eye for design and attention to detail. Kitchen has everything you need and you can make good use of the small garden. Bed very comfortable, everything super clean. Location is great, right on the beach and opposite a beach bar. Yes, the traffic is sometimes loud during the day, but the windows close well and that's just the (in my opinion acceptable) price for the location directly on the water. The village center of Rivedoux Page and supermarkets are within walking distance. We rented bicycles (on Julie's tip), which is great, especially for longer stays. St. Martin de Ré, for example, is quick to reach by bike and worth a trip. Julie always responded very quickly to questions.

Sarah was a great host - the property was fantastic - clean, well equipped, secure with a garage, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Upstairs was a large queen bed which was very comfortable. If we return to La Tranche sur Mer then we’d love to stay here again. Highly recommended

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was in line with (or even better than) what was described in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities and points of interest of the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. I recommend this apartment without hesitation, and I will not hesitate to return during a future stay in Les Sables.

Very good place that matches the photos. The amenities are well maintained and a little plus the Jacuzzi already ready at check-in, no need to fill it and heat it compared to other listings.

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .

At the height of the service offered. The jacuzzi in its housing is the cherry, with sea view, it's pretty good!! A bottle of chilled sparkling wine was intended for us, nice. We felt good there. Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!

This apartment has been tastefully designed. It has a lot of charm, is very practical and you feel really good there. The magic happened as soon as we walked through the door. We discovered the city and its surroundings, but the first project was to contract, rest and recharge. This apartment was the right place. The ocean view on both sides from morning to night was really enjoyable too. Thank you for the welcome, hospitality and small attentions. Looking forward to returning or discovering another of your cozy nests.
