Communication with Estelle was excellent from start to finish. She was a perfect host, always willing to help when asked but otherwise discreet. Her family were also very helpful. The gite is just as described, perfectly clean and presented. The kitchen is a little tricky to get used to in a corner under the stairs but everything is in good condition and works perfectly. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed is very comfortable. On the very hot nights air conditioning would have been welcome though there are good fans. Near to to shopping and so many places to visit in the locality. The roads are very quiet for walking and cycling. The outdoor areas are private, absolutely peaceful, the only sounds are the breeze and birds.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a great weekend in this house. We feel at home, everyone can have their independence and a lot of equipment is available (fitted kitchen, barbecue, board games, etc.). The pool can be covered, which is ideal for enjoying it whatever the weather. The proximity to the beach as well as to the village of Tranche is a real plus! The hosts are very welcoming, responsive and flexible. Thank you!

We had a great family vacation at Nathalie's place. Very reachable and responsive when we had questions beforehand, very good hosting with small gifts. Really great! Really ideal location with respect to the sea. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

We had a great stay in this house with heated pool and jacuzzi! House tastefully decorated and well-equipped! There were 11 of us and we didn't feel cramped! We recommend this place without any worries!

A very big thank you to Jean Louis and Danièle for their warm welcome and kindness. The accommodation was perfect for our vacation: comfortable, very clean, well-equipped and very well located. (large cities nearby, beaches that accept dogs about 6 km away). A big thank you also for accepting our 5-month-old dog Appy, who took full advantage of the garden. We were able to enjoy the pool, a real joy. We leave with excellent memories and will not hesitate to recommend the accommodation to those around us and I think there will be a next time. Super cute little apartment, ideal alone or for 2 and decorated with great taste! You feel very good from the moment you enter and Patricia's welcome is super warm. Small detail but the bathroom could be refreshed but is quite functional. Great location to be quiet at the gates in re while being next to the center with small restaurants, shops and markets. We really recommend this nice little apartment!

Such a great place and location! It’s exactly as it’s listed and more! The concierge Isabelle, who greeted us was great! Very friendly, informative and kept in touch with us re an earlier arrival time if we wanted it, and clear arrangements for our departure day! 👍 The accommodation had everything we needed - was very comfortable, and so tidy and clean/spotless on our arrival. It is located in a lovely very peaceful residential area- pine cladded /sandy & just 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach, and not much further to centre of the village with bars/ restaurants & shops! (About 10 mins!) We hope to be back, thank you Valérie, and we highly recommend this great accommodation! Do give it a try, and book! You won’t be disappointed! Rob & Ann Hampshire/England.

From check-in to check-out, the host was very available on the phone, ensured a physical welcome for the delivery of the keys which facilitated the handling of the accommodation and its equipment, left us small edible gifts and was very accommodating. The accommodation is very well equipped (kitchen accessories, toaster, kettle, etc.), the bathroom is small but very functional, the beds are comfortable and very clean, everything is cute, etc. See you very soon.

We had a short but great stay at Jean Michel's. The place is good for a small family. Very quiet and relaxing. Jean Michel and his wife are very friendly and we will not fail to return for another weekend. PS: Our son appreciated the presence of the pony.

Pleasant Easter weekend in this lovely home . We felt right at home. Beautiful landscaped grounds that must definitely be lovely in the summer. Unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of this with this short stay. The photos are really the same as you did. Saint Benoist is a very nice little village. Janie is very responsive to messages and very pleasant. I recommend this rental.

Great stay in this peaceful place and with a great view. The accommodation is great and perfectly suited for a couple. The lake is a real plus to enjoy the moments in the accommodation. Pleasant area close to the sands of olonne. Thank you again for your hospitality

Excellent stay. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The cottage is very beautiful, well decorated, spacious and very well-equipped (the mattresses are very comfortable). It's very quiet and it's great to have the ping pong table and bikes. We will come back if we return to the area😊.

Neat and optimized decor/layout The only downside is the quality of the cleaning done by a third person, so we did not take it into account for the overall rating because the rest of the services were very appreciable, we recommend it!
