Stay from June 6 to 9, 2025. Beautiful peaceful place and not overlooked. Close to the beach and close to the forest, offering superb walks. House faithful to the description and the reviews correspond exactly to what we found with extremely friendly, available and caring hosts. The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Great stay at Cathy and Marco's! The place is beautiful, peaceful and ideal for nature lovers. Birdsong replaces the hum of cars, as few vehicles circulate nearby. A true haven of peace! Hosts are warm, flexible and available. The house is full of charm and reflects the personality of its owners! Well-equipped, cooking is a pleasure. The jacuzzi works well, is very clean and well equipped in a closable glass roof. The view adds to the SPA experience! The outdoor area and garden is very pleasant: covered table, deckchairs and ping pong are available. Our cat also enjoyed it a lot, and in complete safety even outside! 1 small weekend spent with friends. Great welcome from louis with a place as described. 1 peaceful place to unwind. There is nothing missing, I recommend it.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

A very nice weekend spent with the family at Franck's, who welcomed me with a smile.😊 28-degree swimming pool, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden , pool , terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Happy hosting and maybe see you next time.😃

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

We had a very good stay. Pleasant, smiling host, making herself available if needed and concerned about our comfort. Respect for our tranquility. Very responsive by email.

We stayed in this very nice house that met our expectations! The garden and its terrace were very pleasant. The children did not want to leave the pool. The proximity to the beach was a real plus for us! Communication was very good with our host. Really, a good time with the family!

It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

After the friendly welcome, we received many valuable tips from Christine for organizing our stay. The hosts created privacy for us and were still available as a contact person. The apartment was very well equipped and we felt very comfortable.
