Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

We had a couple of nights at this very sweet property. Cabris is a very quaint and pretty village with amazing views. We went to Grasse and did a perfume workshop which was really good fun and came away with our unique perfume. Can’t fault the property would recommend.

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

We really liked our stay here. It is very quiet and peaceful. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool (for me it was too cold but we were there in May). 5 minutes from the appartment, there are 2 beautiful hikes. We also loved some nearby villages (like Gourdon) and cities (like Grasse). Nice is only 40 minutes by car, so we also enjoyed the beach, musea, etc there.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in the very beautiful cottage. Everything looks exactly like the pictures and was sparkling clean. The kitchen and bathroom are very nice and modern - equipped with all desirable accessories. There are two air conditioners that work great. We felt very comfortable. This great accommodation is idyllically located in the middle of nature. Pascal and Aurélie are extremely courteous, helpful and extremely friendly hosts. We were very warmly welcomed, received very good tips for restaurants in the nearby area and for all questions we received good information very promptly. We will be happy to come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful time.

This stay was the perfect end to our 10 day trip in the South of France. The property is just absolutely beautiful, and the stay itself is designed so well. Jason and Claudine were excellent hosts and were very responsive and kind. They gave us local recommendations for antiques etc. the town of Castellane is cute for an evening dinner, and the gorges are not too far of a drive. Would definitely recommend this spot!!

Our stay at the Château XVI in Le Bar-sur-Loup was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the picturesque French Riviera, this place felt like a true home away from home. The chateau is fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained—it was truly amazing in every way. Our host, Philippe, was incredibly helpful and kind. He welcomed us warmly, provided a very thorough and organized guide to the property, and gave us fantastic recommendations for local experiences. One of the highlights was dinner at the charming Hôtel Particulier des Jasmins, thanks to his suggestion. Philippe also shared tips for visiting nearby towns and villages, including distances. He also shared fascinating history of the chateau itself—it truly felt like something out of a fairy tale. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged, making our family vacation memorable. We are 100% planning to return. A heartfelt thank-you to Philippe for making our time in the French Riviera so special!

You have a great view from the terrace of the apartment. You probably need a car to get there, but its worth it. Muriel responded very quickly on the messages and we found everything wee needed in the apartment. To stay near grasse its a very good apartment.

We had a great time, Pierre's place is definitely one of a kind, the wonderful location just outside the village of Bargéme and the entrance courtyard make this apartment a magical experience.
