Monthly Rentals in Anacostia River

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful, exactly like the photos. The bathroom in this place was my favorite part of the house. Fully equipped kitchen, the bed was incredibly comfortable, made me feel right at home. Jelani was an amazing Host, always quick to respond. I read one review that complained about the furniture which was shocking to me because in my opinion the furniture was comfortable and stylish, fit the space beautifully. The neighborhood is going through a process of gentrification, but it still retains diversity and character, which i loved. I Highly recommend this gorgeous house to anyone looking for authentic slice of d.c. to say in. I’m already looking at dates to come back in July, can’t wait!

What a lovely place! The apartment is clean, tons of light and has a designated work space, which I really appreciated because I work from home. The host is communicative and responds almost right away! Great location too- close to the stores, restaurants, and museums. Exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much for a great stay🙏🙏❤️❤️
