Ashely and family do a WONDERFUL job on their cute old historic townhouse right in the heart of Ames! So easy to walk to ice cream, food, snacks/convenience mart (Casey’s) and Starbucks. Less than 10 min walk! Easy great parking and easy in and out. Loved the living room and cute little candy tray she left for us. Bedrooms were comfortable, though like a goofball I left some lights on at night for us in the rooms that attracted some buggies. As she states it’s an older home that would come with some of those guys they just get in. Not her fault at all and it was so so clean and comfortable. Happy to stay again when in Ames.

I definitely recommend this stay for anyone visiting the Austin area! It's in a great location, and Brian provides helpful information about the condo and neighborhood upon arrival. The place was very clean and a nice, quiet spot to return to after a busy day in and around the city (a huge plus is the designated parking!). I would stay at this Airbnb if and when I find myself visiting Austin again!

Christy and Ken were great! The place was as described and super close to the beach and local attractions. Super responsive hosts. Would book again!

This place was beautiful inside and out. The views were incredible. She added so much detail and it was perfect. Thank you for the bottle of wine! I wish we could have stayed longer. Even the beds and pillows were so comfortable I didn’t wanna get up. A bear ran across the street while we were driving up the hill so that was both exciting and terrifying lol. Honestly I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Justin’s townhome was in a fantastic location — we loved being able to walk around and explore the area. There were plenty of great spots nearby, and the neighborhood felt welcoming and convenient. The townhome itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Justin was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable.

My girlfriend and I booked this air bnb for our first trip together. We’ve both always wanted to go to ocean city Maryland, and this condo was the perfect place to stay. The scenery was beautiful, so much to do in walking distance, and it was the perfect size for two people. We decided to go back again during this summer and will be re-booking this condo!!! Highly recommend this place. The hosts were beyond helpful, and responsive. Would book again with them anytime.

I can’t state in proper words how excellent our stay was. Very quiet, quaint, and the host was on top of everything requested. This will 100% be added to any upcoming business trips. My recommendation, stay for a week if you can! It’s absolutely beautiful!!

I really enjoyed my stay here at Luis’s place. The house was spacious yet cozy and decorated well. The yard was the best part and securely fenced in just in case you want to bring your dog with you. Great neighborhood with some walkable restaurants and coffee. Very quiet street and overall my stay was very pleasant! Can’t recommend enough.

We loved this place! We really enjoyed being right on the water. The kids really enjoyed the lake as well as the use of fishing poles, canoe and paddle board. As a parent I appreciated that they had enough life jackets for everyone to use. The house was exactly like it was described in the listing. It was a short drive to Hot Springs National Park where we spent a lot of time. If we came back to the area we would definitely stay here again!

I had seen the coffee maker in the picture, brought our coffee. There is coffee, filters and sweeteners there. Everything we needed was there. There is even a supply of spices. It was easy to link to our Netflix and Apple accounts. We highly recommend this home. The home is set up so you feel like home.

It was a great stay and everything was as advertised. We had an issue with the website they, but no true host fault and they worked with us to work around the website. They were very helpful and responsive.

If I could give Kendall ten stars I would! Absolutely the most responsive host I’ve had! Of your reading the reviews about the pot holes in the alley, don’t worry… I navigated that alley with a 2025 Chevrolet corvette, with six inches of ground clearance. It really wasn’t an issue at all!!! Ten outta ten would recommend!! Thanks Kendall!! ❤️✌️

Daniel was a great host and his place was very nice! We felt right at home. The bed in the room upstairs was incredibly comfortable and so was the couch. Even though we stayed during the hot month of May, we still enjoyed the hot tub at night!

We had a wonderful two nights in this lovely townhome. Exactly as shown in photos and description. Walked to restaurants and Mile High for a concert. Definitely recommend!

Cristina's place was an amazing location for my wife and I - it was immaculately clean, and the pictures do not do justice to how beautiful it was inside and out. The property as a whole was very well maintained, and lacked nothing. Cristina was very thoughtful leaving some complimentary snacks and water, and even hung a 'happy birthday' banner in the living room as we were celebrating my wife's birthday with this getaway. Beds were firm - just like we like them - and very comfortable. A quiet escape, no noise, very serene. Highly recommended!

Incredibly spot right in the heart of town! Had everything we needed, the backyard is huge and great for kids to roam about. Would definitely recommend!!

The house was very clean, the views were beautiful and it suited our needs very well. The lake was easy to access but the weather unfortunately didn’t allow us to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. We enjoyed our time there!

Perfect setup for families and friends. Worth every penny! Host was very clear with instructions and very friendly. Place was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice space to relax. Beautiful view of the downtown city. Convienant if you want to be close to all of the local restaurants and shops. We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay and enjoy our time in Sedona. Location is key and this place was near perfect - near shopping, restaurants and central to many highlights in Sedona. The pictures don't do it justice - the view every morning and evening was spectacular and something worth "coming home to". We appreciated all of the little details in the house that really made it feel like home. The hosts were very communicative and responsive with any questions that we had. If we are back in the Sedona area - there is no question where we will look to stay.

This home is a great place to stay! Very clean and the host is very nice and understanding. We had a slight problem durning our stay, the host handle the issue very well and that meant a lot to us. Walmart and other stores are walking distance which was great for my group. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due the weather but it looked really nice.

Exactly as described and had all we needed. The driveway was a bit tight, but with parking in the garage, no problem. The only negative was the traffic noise at night. The intersection near the townhouse stayed busy and the motor cycle people enjoy their loud pipes. It's a very nice spot and with 3 levels you can spread out if you have multiple people.

Great, great, great to everything!!!!! Arrival was easy and the instructions were clear. The penthouse’s cleanliness was immaculate! There was every cooking utensil and cookware , you could think of…, if you wanted to cook. There was every toiletry and personal care item you could think of, down to a handheld body massager and the toiletries weren’t even travel size. There were plenty of replenishment household items , which made it very easy to clean up, The stairs to each floor were a bomber, but for the privacy and views, I’ll take them 🙂. Each floor was a different lap of luxury. The penthouse’s decor screamed, magazine life, art museum vibes, but warm colors and historical pieces, that say, it’s okay you can touch me , just don’t break me 😂 very beautiful penthouse, rich and inviting, well worth the money spent.
