Middle drawer has extra hand towels, saran wrap and foil. Bottom drawer has main pots, saucepans etc. The two cabinets to the right have a rice cooker, toaster oven, etc. On the countertop you'll find a convection/ microwave oven. Please use the provided plastic splatter cover when using the microwave option. The coffee maker is to the right of this. LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/ work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. Lauren and Ben's place was wonderful and perfect for my family: peaceful, clean, comfortable and functional. The interior design is beautiful and the spaces are thoughtfully arranged to offer privacy or openness, carte blanche. There are plenty of wonderful toys that my 1.5 year old absolutely loved, but they were organized and tucked neatly away, and despite being fairly child friendly the space felt refined and mature. Lauren also left a booster seat for my son to use and offered a crib and high chair. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen left nothing to be desired. There were even child-size utensils nestled neatly in the back of a kitchen drawer! The backyard was lovely, too: neatly groomed, with a great view of the water and plenty of gathering places. We would definitely stay at Lauren and Ben's house again.

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

Man we were so lucky to get the opportunity to stay at Judi's place. My wife and I stayed there while we were eloping in Bar Harbor and it was so fun!!! We had never stayed on an island that you have to ferry to but it was honestly way easier than you think it's going to be. Judi provided AMAZING notes and recommendations, we felt very prepared before we got there! Is there anything I would change about our stay? Nope! The only thing to note is that the market was closed the weekend we were there because the family that runs it was out of town! Haha so small town! So just make sure you check that if you're planning on getting stuff from there but it's so easy to get back and forth from Northeast Harbor it really wasn't a problem. Would I recommend this to anyone? 10000000% I would and I hope we get to bring our son back to stay here as well someday! Thank you so much for an amazing stay Judi!!!!!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It is in a really cute neighborhood and looks like the photos described. Very walkable to things. Everything we needed for our stay was in the house and accessible to us. It is mentioned in the listing that street parking is available but not reserved spaces. Since we knew this, we planned ahead and found parking in the neighborhood which I strongly recommend doing. The street parking was hard to come by on a weekend. Again, this was not an issue for us but do plan ahead. Matt was a great host and if we ever are in town for a cubs game, we would absolutely stay at this place again. It has so much character and they have very clearly maintained the space well. Also we appreciated how extremely clean everything was.

Rosa’s place in Las Catalina’s was my husband and I’s first stop on our honeymoon. We have been to Costa Rica before but never Las Catalinas and we left with a new favorite destination to visit! The photos do not do it enough justice. Rosa’s place is clean, lofty and beautiful. The views are incredible. If we could come back every year we would! Exceptional service, peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere, excursions will pick you up close by, food of all kinds walkable and available. We felt like we were at the peak of luxury! A fun surprise were the hiking trails near by. Do not think twice when booking!

Susan’s place was absolutely beautiful – we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to land after coming from Mexico City. Arriving to fresh margaritas, guacamole, and corn chips was such a thoughtful touch – it felt like Susan already knew exactly what we needed after stepping into the Puerto Vallarta heat: a cool drink and a warm welcome! We loved that the pool was right outside our front door – perfect for a quick dip anytime. The aircon in the bedrooms was amazing and made for a super comfortable sleep each night. Both the indoor shower and the garden shower were incredible. We also had a large private balcony where we could relax and watch the sunset with a drink in hand – such a special way to end the day. Susan went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, giving us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do both in Puerto Vallarta and in Sayulita, where we headed next. She was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay.

Angela’s space is absolutely beautiful! Her attention to detail is second to none. There is everything you could ever want or need in her emasculate, perfect decorated, spacious place. Her kitchen has all you would need to cook, and the long, center table was perfect for our family. Having two bedrooms with two separate bedrooms made things so comfortable and helpful. Her space is centrally located in Lake Placid, so it made it so easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bowling and shopping. The lake was easily accessible to us, and it was so nice to be able to take advantage of all the water retails that are available in town. Being that her place was in the town of Lake Placid, it was so wonderful to be able to walk around Mirror Lake. I just could say enough about our stay here. Everything was wonderful, and we certainly look forward to coming back. Thank you, Angela ❤️❤️

The noise was not as bad as some have experienced. Perhaps I was able to get the white noise to work well. I was never bothered by the loud music, but the last Friday my wife said she was aware of it. Our daughter said she never noticed it. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the parade of people on the Malecon and the boats and swimmers that were on the water. I personally liked watching the pelicans diving into the water for their food. To start with the walk to the Romantic zone (the old town) was a bit fatiguing but by the end of the week our walking legs had returned and it wasn't hard at all. This should be taken with the understanding that my 85 year old legs are not as strong as they once were. For elderly people such as us the elevator was a great help. All in all it was a great visit and Patrik and Luz apartment was perfect for the week that we were there. We certainly will be back.

David's place was absolutely amazing. The inside was so clean better than any hotel. Everything was so comfortable very well decorated. I love the views from the window. The most amazing thing is the only thing between the home and the beach is the pool in between. It was a lot closer than anybody has described on his previous descriptions. If you're looking for a place, that's close by the beach and walking distance from everywhere and a nice place to stay David's place is the best.

This place is adorable!!! It is obvious a lot of loving attention has been given and it is a stand out for the area, with everyone who walked past commenting on it. The king bed is super nice, the very clean bathroom with plenty of hot water and towels was awesome. Everything worked and was easy to use (remotes, lights, air, etc…) The porch is fabulous!!!! So nice to sit there and see the ocean!!!! Amazing variety of birds and flower smells. The beach sunrise ♥
