If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Drake House Properties, and my husband and I love it every single time!! This place was no exception to the others we stayed at the beautiful exposed brick, beautifully decorated, awesome location right in downtown Dubuque! The hot tub is amazing and the coffee shop right downstairs is DELICIOUS. I’m sure we will be back to stay again soon at one of these properties! :) we love the wide variety of things to do in/ and around Dubuque and this place is the BEST place to stay! Thank you so much Jenn for letting us stay at your properties multiple times! :)

Savannah was a great host. She made sure everything was to our expectations and asked if we needed anything. Great response time if we had any questions or trouble with anything. Definitely recommend her place! 10/10!

Excellent location, excellent stay, 100% recommended

The space was even more impressive in person than in the photos. We loved the historic charm… we used to live on the East Side, so we felt right at home. The lakefront view was the “wow-factor”, and the space was clean and beautifully-appointed.

Nice place to stay at, getting in and around the building was super easy and convienient.

Truly a five star experience. The nicest furnished Airbnb we have stayed in and we have over 30 rentals for comparison. The only thing that keeps it from being the nicest overall is we have stayed at places that had spectacular views and this was mostly rooftops. Service at the Walton was top notch.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect setting for a couple and I would definitely book again!!!!

The condo was very beautiful and homey. We spent most of our stay indoors because it rained, and we enjoyed every second! Everything was as described and well taken care of. Basia and Bradley checked in on us throughout our stay and gave us plenty of recommendations. Looking forward to staying there again!

I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times but this room is by far the best! It was clean, had every thing we needed & more, and was a perfect location for a wagon haul to the beach. It was impressively stocked with things you may forget. We had a wonderful stay & will be staying in this room again for our next stay. Thank you!

Terra and Darin’s place was absolutely perfect for our little girls getaway trip. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and had easy access to parking AND the beach. And it was VERY well stocked. Communication was fast and they even allowed us a little leeway on the arrival time. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachfront unit in the Galveston area.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

The space is gorgeous! Just the right size for a quick get away and close enough to broadway to get there in a reasonable time, but not too close to hear the music/bars on a night in!

I have stayed with Andria before and she never disappoints! The community was absolutely gorgeous and very safe. The condo was even better in person and had everything you could need for your stay. Andria does an excellent job of making everything as efficient and simple as possible for a no stress getaway!

Amy was such an amazing host. She was very responsive and helpful. This condo was a great location for family vacation or a private getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will also be booking this location again in the near future.

This house is fantastic! The listing perfectly describes the home and the yard areas. The thought they put into this house to make it a "home away from home" is evident. It was the best stocked house I've ever stayed in. Tons of appliances, tons of games, and even some check-in snacks! I was provided crystal clear instructions for check in and check out. I would definitely recommend this home and if I make a trip back to Lincoln, this home will be the first one I check for availability!

Richard was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and accommodating in every way. The home was perfect for our family, with a spacious open floor plan that made it easy and comfortable to move around. We especially loved the game room and the pool—both were big hits with everyone. The location strikes a great balance: close enough to the city to enjoy all it has to offer, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for relaxing. Exactly as listed. Very quiet and clean home. Beds were super comfortable. Game room was great, kept little ones occupied. Nice patio to spend evenings. H-E-B was conveniently located 6 minutes away. Hosts were super nice and thoughtful, we had a greeting card and a pack of cookies waiting for us. Also had popcorn and chips located in the game room for kiddos. 10/10. This is definitely a home we would return to.

Loved my stay here! The design and architecture of the house are stunning—every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool was just amazing—perfect for relaxing any time of day. Great, quiet place right at the bay. Very clean, free of clutter, well stocked for a family stay, all the essentials were available. Mari offered and did a great job with a free yoga class. Overall, you will like it if you want a private space somewhere in between OBX and Virginia Beach.

Location was great. Photos showed house as secluded but was not. Outside house was dirty and the master bathroom floor was dirty. All and all I'd come back. Lol I dont think he'll let us though. Issues were had on both ends.

The retreat was more than we expected. Sitting by the pool surrounded by the natural plants and birds was so relaxing. The smell of the forest was amazing. Thank you very much, Denice. We will be back.
