We really enjoyed the space and the surrounding area! It felt like home away from home! We will stay there again!

This is the absolute perfect place if you want to escape for a little while. You are perched on a beautiful mountain looking at more beautiful mountains. The house was amazing and clean and cozy. I loved every detail of the decor. It feels like an upscale, cozy, comfy, mountain house. It was exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was amazing. The fire pit was awesome and easy to use. The grille was clean. The road leading up to the house is a lot of fun to drive. The downtown area is amazing. We will def be coming back. It’s the best parents getaway we could have asked for.

This place is truly unique. It's a get away space for musicians who share it when they aren't using it. The place has been built up and settled in. It's gorgeous, the location and the barn architecture. But it's not uptight. It feels like late 60s - early 70s rock and roll, or like classic country music. Maddy's family has a phenomenal record collection and the stereo sounds SO good. The albums we brought came to life there. There's also an excellent book collection, lots of rock and music stuff but also philosophy, literature, eco books, and classic kids book (lots of kids books and a massive toy trunk with toys for kids of all ages!). The kitchen has got pretty much everything you need, and all the basic amenities and appliances. Around about are lots of area lamps, interesting hangings, colored glass, rugs, throws, and well cared for house plants. Finally, the pond and field have not been chemical killed. So, there are lots of birds, frogs, fish, and nests.

The cabin was beautiful! It was private and we felt like we were removed from everything. We were able to relax and recharge. We were left great ideas for hiking, food, and sightseeing. We would love to book it again!

This was our family’s first ever Lake Vacation and it did not disappoint. The view was spectacular. You are close to Smith Lake Marina if you want to rent a boat or jet ski. There are quaint restaurants close by and always a Dollar General. The home was just as Dave described. We loved having the golf cart to go to the dock. Dave was very helpful and always responsive. We hope to be back in Sept. for fall break. Thank you Dave for opening up your home away from home for my family and I to make new memories.

Martina’s cottage was fantastic. Everything was as advertised. Fantastic lighting, large space and, unbelievable views.

SPECTACULAR! Tom & Carol are the nicest people you’ll ever meet and genuinely enjoy sharing their Piece of Heaven with guests. Anything you need, 24/7, just ask. Tom’s art & sculpture, inside & out, will blow you away! If you’ve stayed at their former AirB&B, the Art Cabin in the Woods, you’ll remember the little touches that made it magical, surprises at every turn - imagine that x5, that’s what you find here. GORGEOUS indoor space that’s colorful, whimsical and yet upscale & refined, from the radiant heated floors to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen..the cozy living room with the biggest TV I’ve ever seen to the bedroom’s atmospheric wall-mounted fireplace.. the PERFECT mattress & the deepest soaking tub these old bones have ever had the pleasure to melt in! True luxury Outside - hot tub, grill, fire pit, wood-burning sauna…3 decks, seating everywhere, and the views…all speak for themselves. 2 nights wasn’t enough, strongly suggest minimum 3, I’m already planning!!

"Viewpoint" has alot to offer from the spectacular views towards the lake & beyond. Spacious kitchen & living area which includes a album collection enjoyed by all. Spent alot of time on the deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The Lutsen area has alot to offer and we definitely took advantage of some. The Red cabin was cute ! Overall our stay was very nice and fit our expectations . Thank you, till the next time..

If you like a peaceful country setting with beautiful walking areas (among occasional passing goats too!) and a cozy woods cabin, this is the place for you. Only minutes from downtown Stoughton, warm generous hosts, and friendly neighbors.

Place was great, resort staff was great. My only concern that was completely out John’s control was the WiFi. It was completely open, meaning other people could see and login to your streaming device. This happened several times on the TVs. I eventually just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t use the resorts WiFi, it was completely unacceptable to not have the devices isolated from each other.

Matt and Lisa were phenomenal hosts. The studio in which we stayed had everything we needed and Lisa was more than accommodating to get extra towels, etc. for us. There were two dogs on the property, which were extremely friendly as well. We had our dog with us, and they were all able to play. I would recommend this to any single person or couple that is looking for a place in or around Fraser. It was worth every penny.

The perfect spot to be nurtured by nature! The sweetest cabin had everything we could need and gave us the ability to unplug, relax and rejuvenate. Loved being able to go hiking and just enjoy being outside.. surrounded by gorgeous nature. The babbling brook was so soothing. Honestly, just a perfect spot to enJOY!

We stayed for one night because we were in town for a wedding and our daughter really wanted to see the starts before we left and this place was perfect for the dark sky. Highly recommend to stay here if you want to be able to see the dark skies.

We needed a few days away from our routine and a place that could accommodate 8 people, and this was exactly what we were looking for. The view was beautiful, and the amenities in the facilities were excellent. All the staff members in the building were helpful and friendly. We were especially pleased with the clear and timely communication with Edgar and the housekeeper, Ellie. The location is great, with stores, pharmacies, and restaurants all within a 5 to 10-minute drive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. Thank you, Edgar!

My boyfriend, wiener dog, and I had the best time. We spent so much time together in the cabin which was so relaxing for us. It is in the perfect spot between Houghton and Marquette to see a lot of beautiful spots in the UP.

Cozy Mountain Cabin was awesome and Lorraine is an amazing host. The cabin was stocked with all of the necessities, and we had fresh eggs and homemade brownies. The cabin is in a great location but it is nestled in a private, relaxing, and quiet wooded property. The screened porch is a great place to relax at the end of a long day of sightseeing. The only thing you can hear is the sound of nature. The property is loaded with wildlife. My only regret is we didn't stay longer.

Beautiful location with a fun view of the cows, pond and sunsets! The cabin was clean and well prepared with intentional extra details for the stay to be relaxing and enjoyable. Fishing was great and the paddle boat offered a fun spot to read. Cozy cabin for a weekend getaway!!

What an amazing experience! The location is breathtaking and beautiful. There were so many activities to do in nature, such as fishing and hiking. It was so peaceful and relaxing and the host, Maxim, was super responsive and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Very cute and convenient stay. We had everything we needed and more. We would recommend this place to anyone desiring to get away and enjoy the Catskills.

Chalé tudo bem planejado para atender pessoas como nós simples que gosta de natureza, pescar e de uma fogueira. Ficar longe de tudo, se desligar da cidade. Amamos também a banheira. Enfim tudo perfeito, dos móveis a decoração. Com certeza voltaremos e indico o Chalé da Península.

Très beau weekend dans ce petit chalet rustique, tout était bien présent tel que décrit. C’est super tranquille, facile de se faire à manger. La petite douche extérieure est pratique quoi que froide à ce temps ci mais fallait s’y en attendre. Je suggère un rideau ou une toile pour la grande fenêtre devant les lits, tout simplement parce que présentement il fait clair très tôt ! Aussi, ne pas oublier votre chasse moustique et des spirales selon la saison, nous avons eu peu de moustiques en rando et en dehors mais ils semblaient vouloir entrer dans la cabane à tout prix, et en gros groupe. On a usé de tactiques. Peut-être que la porte pourrait etre mieux sellée! Nous recommandons fortement l’endroit pour le calme, la propreté, le sans réseau qui fait du bien !

We had such a relaxing and peaceful stay! The bed was comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find paper towels, toilet paper, snacks, coffee, and other essentials provided, something most cabins don’t include.
