This is the absolute perfect place if you want to escape for a little while. You are perched on a beautiful mountain looking at more beautiful mountains. The house was amazing and clean and cozy. I loved every detail of the decor. It feels like an upscale, cozy, comfy, mountain house. It was exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was amazing. The fire pit was awesome and easy to use. The grille was clean. The road leading up to the house is a lot of fun to drive. The downtown area is amazing. We will def be coming back. It’s the best parents getaway we could have asked for.

We stayed here for a mini honeymoon to destress in private. It is very peaceful and private at this beautiful cabin in a wooded area. The road up the hill is narrow, so bring a good driver in good weather. There were very thorough instructions to get to this cute but tucked away location. Inside the cabin are gorgeous floor to ceiling windows that allow a peaceful view of the trees. The furnishings are cute, clean, and thoughtful. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the kitchenette has everything a couple needs for a few nights away. The TV has Internet and streaming apps. Outside, the wooden porch has a grill, fire pit, and a clean hot tub. There are thoughtfully provided curtains to allow the tub privacy from the (barely used) road. Overall this was a lovely stay and we'd love to return!

I had only stayed for one night, but it was fantastic. The house was clean, well-kept, and super cute. The host was incredibly welcoming and was quick to respond. This place is super cute and has great decor! Would 100% recommend and rebook.

Darla’s place was immaculate & one of the best airbnb’s i’ve ever stayed at! Truly a refreshing and relaxing experience. She even let me know when the place was ready to check in (a little early) which I thought was thoughtful. Everything was so modern, clutter free, but so cozy and made me feel right at home. There was beautiful window light but also appreciated the dark curtains for nighttime. The hot tub and bathtub were great to unwind and relax. She even had bath salts for sore muscles and sleepy time. She also had a pitcher of cold water in the fridge which is a small but sweet gesture along with snacks and a sweet welcome note. Everything about this place was PERFECT. The location was private and so peaceful and quiet. I have recommended this place so many times and will continue to! Thank you for EVERYTHING! If you come across this place, BOOK IT!

This was my second time staying at this amazing place, and it won’t be the last! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Hill Country, close to all the best shopping and fun spots like Wimberley. After a fun day out, coming back to this clean, fresh, and super cozy home was just what I needed. The host was also kind enough to offer a late checkout, which was such a nice bonus. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough—already looking forward to my next stay!

I didn’t even have to think when leaving a five star review. It was incredible. We had an amazing time and felt extremely safe. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. Everything was honestly perfection. The host responds incredibly quick and truly does desire to make your stay the best. I know we are staying on a tropical island and that everyone’s experience may be different, but it was extremely clean. This was the only house, on the island, that I felt comfortable taking my shoes off everywhere because of how clean it was. I’m so glad we stayed here and I hope to stay again in the future.

This place was absolutely clean and beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating with the check in time and even helped out with local recommendations and transportation! The house is absolutely beautiful and looks even better than the pictures. The best part is you get the immersive jungle feel, with the local modern amenities that most of us our used to. The location was also extremely safe with several locks and a fence around the whole property. Major shoutout to Emilio who set the vibes extremely high for the whole trip upon check in! 100/10 stars will recommend and most definitely will be booking again!

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

This place is nothing short of perfect. The watering hole was 1000x better than I expected and was such a perfect get away from the hot Texas sun. Location wise this home is around the corner from sooo many places to eat, listen to live music etc. love love love it!

Shannon gave perfect recommendations for food as well as fun things to do in the area. Her accommodations were five star, the apartment was clean and fully stocked! They restocked the firewood every day while we were out to make sure we had it in the evening time. She took us on an awesome ride throughout the property to meet and greet and feed the cows and donkeys and pigs, etc. Shannon was wonderful! She did a load of laundry for us, even though the washer and dryer was not included with our stay! Highly recommend

This place was awesome and very clean. Driving down the street you see several cabins that all look very nice but this one is at the end of the street and the patio is exactly what we look to create at home in time.

Super clean, private, and hard as it is to believe, the cabin was even better in person than the photos show. Every detail felt intentional and high-end. The lighting, layout, and overall vibe were dialed in from the moment we walked through the door. The back deck and hot tub setup were perfectly tucked away and truly secluded. You can tell this place was designed with couples in mind. We’ll definitely be back.

I would like to Thank Wendy and Michael for letting my Wife, Son, our Dog Bugsy and I stay in their Beautiful Serene Tiny House. What a Spectacular set up, private, clean, nostalgic, everything about the Palm Tree Getaway is exactly as advertised and then some. My Family and I have never felt so peaceful and comfortable at an Airbnb like we did here. We enjoyed every minute we spent here. If your thinking about staying here stop and book it now. You will love it. Michael and Wendy are very attentive and make sure you are a Happy Camper. Our Coffee in the mornings on the back deck were amazing. We used the fire pit one night in the front to make scores incredible. The Sundeck in the front is amazing with a ramp to easily get up to. The Windows with the Beautiful trees and forest in the back and waking up in the morning to it was just incredible. The Butterflies flying all around had my Wife in Awe. We will definitely be back and hopefully try to stay a little longer next time. Thank you

The experience is far beyond expectations! The wooden house is located in the middle of the mountain and has good privacy. As soon as I walked in the door, I was struck by the warm texture of the logs and the invincible view of the mountain outside the large floor-to-ceiling windows! The terrace is spacious and comfortable. In the morning, you can watch the mist and watch the stars at night, hear the insects and birds singing, and you can really escape the hustle and bustle. > The room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the hot water was sufficient and stable.
