What a special place to stay in La Parguera. It's right on the water and laying in the hammock on the porch overlooking the cays is so relaxing an beautiful. It feels a bit like a house boat with the compact space and little quirks you might expect. The decor is so cute and well considered. There is a nice grill and outdoor kitchen too. It was so fun to take the kayak out in the mangroves. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs and insect repellent for the nights.

10/10 would recommend. Will be booking again for future fishing trips!

We loved feeding the turtles 🐢. You have to check out downtown Sanford, walk the Riverwalk & go to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Don't forget to try the Jailhouse Restaurant - in a real old jailhouse, great food! She was an amazing host.

Nice Place. Great place to stay and they picked us up right on the back porch. Ice machine was nice too.

This is literally the perfect place to stay in Charlottetown! Within walking distance to anything you need including restaurants, coffee shops, parks and downtown. The space itself was cozy yet spacious. It was clean and comfortable and the highlight was the covered patio outside to watch the boats go by. We will definitely return!

This is the only place I'll stay at from now on in Alexandria Bay, the house sits right in the water and has amazing views of the river and bolt castle. There is a lot of space on the property including fire pits throughout and a nice pool.

Jay and Theresa's boathouse was absolutely spotless, which we truly appreciated. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for our favorite moments: peaceful mornings sipping coffee while watching the breathtaking sunrise, and tranquil evenings unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun dipped below the horizon. We found the location to be wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and exceptionally private – a true escape.

My stay in Isla Mujeres was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, thanks to BoatsChoice!! It was my first time in Isla as well as my first time staying on a personal boat.... I have already booked again for next year!!

My girlfriend and I just spent 4 of the most amazing days here. Andrew and his team were the most attentive hosts I've ever had on vacation. The boathouse was so cute and the view while sitting on the back patio was so peaceful and serene. We went jetskiing which was located only a few feet away from all the units and Remy, our tour guide, was fantastic. I can't say enough about the way he assisted my girlfriend while she rode by herself for the first time. It was so much fun. We also went parasailing and the guides there, Zack and Jessie, were also awesome. They took our pictures using the photo package which came great. They gave us great recommendations about the things to do nearby, and played such good music on the boat. The view while up in the air was breathtaking, and also took pictures while riding and their photo package gave us great memories from the boat view. Joseph is an excellent host! Very responsive, proactive, and provides great local tips. We thoroughly enjoyed this unique stay with great fishing and close proximity to restaurants. The houseboat had everything we needed including beautiful sunset views.

I surprised my fiancée for his 40th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Austin was a great communicator, very responsive and flexible. We didn’t have to reach out to him during our stay because he had already communicated well prior to us arriving! The place was very clean, smelled great and was stocked with not only all of the essentials but also almost anything you could want or need! It is walking distance to the aquarium, restaurants, and shopping. When we weren’t out exploring the city, we loved sitting out on the top deck and just relaxing! Although it’s super close to everything, it is still very quiet and super relaxing, and feels super safe! The rental guys on the pier were also super friendly and gave us some really great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We will definitely come back, when it’s a little warmer, and we can stay longer, so that we can enjoy some fun on the water next time! You definitely won’t regret staying here!

We had a lovely time for the brief stay at Doctors Lake in the absolutely exceptional Home-a-Wave! we arrived in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the living room and grab a few drinks at the Sunset Tiki Bar where we met some very cool regulars and waiting for our Uber Eats order from Five Star Pizza (omg..BEST Pizza I've had in a very long time!). We had some winds and rain the 2nd night (hello first week of Hurricane Season) but we could not feel much movement at all the entire stay, including when was stormy! Upstairs did not disappoint, The bed was very comfortable, perfectly positioned across from the awesome windows providing a peaceful night waterfront view. We were greeted with a fabulous sunrise view from the deck! Highly recommend this floating dream!!

Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Love to wake up and walk across to public beach for sunrise and sit on the dock for sunset!

We are glad to have stayed on a house boat. It was surprisingly roomy, with all ameneties of a regular home. Waterfront sunrises and sunsets from the top deck were so delightful! We also enjoyed walking the boardwalk, strolling Historic downtown Sanford and driving through the neighborhood and viewing the remarkable homesites. We hope to return.

Such a beautiful place to stay! I highly recommend this location for a peaceful, quiet weekend getaway. Made perfectly for a couple looking to get away and just be together. The scenery is beautiful, the owners are incredibly friendly and thoughtful to the experience, and don’t forget about the animals! We would definitely go back to spend another weekend here and recommend to everyone to give it a chance as well.

I surprised my wife and 3 year old daughter with this place for their birthday's, and they were blown away! The elk hung out right outside the living room windows! It was also great having morning coffee on the porch and watching all of the animals get their breakfast! We would definitely recommend this stay

We stayed in two smaller house boats while we were there before brads. Rectangular shaped single stories with a flat roof area for lounging. They were beautiful.. but unstable, uncomfortable, limited in space, no hot water, had to shower 200 yards away, awful mosquitos, no reliable internet, lack of kitchen ability, I’m 32 my wife is 30 and our son was five months. Pretty looking, but miserable. Especially if wind wasn’t below 5mph. Not to mention the toilets had problems on both! When we got to brads house boat Holly Cow! What a difference. What a relief. Multiple rooms, comfortable beds, no issues with hot water or internet or kitchen. The space was excessive. Very comfortable. Needed some TLC inside but overall it was fantastic. Everything worked like a real 2br 3ba home. I will book this boat everytime as long as it lives. Private marina, quiet, great neighboring boats. Private outdoor waterfront recreational areas. 100% best key west experience I’ve had and I go every year.

This floating house was so peaceful and awesome and clean & comfy. The bathroom and shower were big and spacious and CLEAN. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of great cooking gadgets. The whole vibe of the weekend was PEACE and serenity. Loved it! Will be back. We rented the boat as well and it was great. Very big and roomy for lots of people. You do need a boat (theirs or yours) to get onto the lake house. The host couldn't have been nicer! Super accommodating and kind. Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this for your next adventure.

My stay was nothing short of magical! from the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the charm and cuteness of the marina and my floating surroundings. I loved the great little patio space, to the cozy interior (it is a floating wine barrel after all lol) so I felt right at home. I loved the serene views from the large headboard window and breathtaking sunset on the deck! The amazing hosts and locals went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, and provided great recommendations for nearby attractions. This place is a hidden gem! It's perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a peaceful retreat. I can’t wait to return ❤️

The boathouse getaway was exactly what we needed. It was exactly as described and in the pictures. The cove was quiet and picturesque. The boat had everything that you would expect for essentials. The hosts were very responsive and very kind. I can confirm that there are quite a few steps to get down to the boat, but nothing that we couldn't handle. The hot tub is located upstairs closer to the house, so we didnt use it. I would highly recommend these hosts and this location!

The view from the house boat is spectacular, the photos don't do it justice. The beds on the house boat were comfy and the AC kept us cool in the hot, humid weather. There was an attendant at the property to help us when we arrived even though we weren't able to arrive until very late. We did not have any cell service onsite but this was a plus for our purposes.

Wow! What a great find! This place was so cute. There’s a lot of attention to detail and it was very very clean! I was surprised at how roomy it felt even though it’s a small place. The host was exceptionally responsive to any questions responding in seconds. I was a little worried about being on a boat and maybe having motion sickness so I brought Dramamine, but we didn’t need it. It was actually very nice, like gentle rocking to sleep My husband loved it because the fishing was great! He caught a lot of very large fish right from the dock. There were a couple of other people fishing that were very friendly. The view is absolutely amazing! It was fun to watch the boats go by from the bed, but it still felt very private and there were blinds for extra privacy. Being on the top of the boat was lovely! There was a nice breeze and an amazing view, especially at sunset . We were with Family most of the day, but it would’ve been perfect for sunbathing. Great retreat for some alone ti
