Monthly Rentals in American Lake

Great hosts and location. Spectacular lake spot, even got to see a couple of bald eagles flying nearby. There was an area power outage while there and they reached out to see if we needed any flashlights. Unit doesn't have A/C but shouldn't be an issue during normal temperatures in the area. We had days in the 90s and upper 80s which made it warm, but it cooled down during the evening with the provided fans and open windows. It is next to great park with a swimming beach.

Marjorie’s place was perfect for our needs & very accessible to I-5 & the surrounding area as well as our son & his family who live in Lacey. We had a minor issue with the back door smart lock, but Marjorie was very responsive to resolve the issue. Marjorie’s place was beautiful & very well maintained. Would definitely recommend this property. Just keep in mind that there are no grocery stores in DuPont, so you will need to get groceries in neighboring cities close by.

We loved our stay in Ryan’s waterfront cottage! The place is cozy, comfy and welcoming. Big windows with views of the lake are amazing. We got to see the fall leaves changing across the lake and the back yard is spectacular to play or just hangout and enjoy the lake. The place is well stocked for cooking, cleaning ect. For an extended stay. Location is great, close to everything and a two hour drive to Mount Rainier NP. Great local parks and farmers markets near by too. Ryan was great with communication and accommodating any questions. We hope to stay again if we’re back in the area.
