Great, great experience. The place had everything you’d need in a very well put-together package. Staying here was like driving a Miata - where the total is greater than sum of the pieces and where the spec sheet doesn’t do justice to the experience.

Wendy’s house is immaculate, tastefully decorated, very spacious and extremely comfortable. Her instructions were clear and her responsiveness immediate. We would absolutely consider staying there again.

Great spot in Hampton Bays! The house was as described and in a very cute and walkable neighborhood. Super close drive to the beach and a couple of local restaurants and eateries. Loved how private the spot felt too! David’s done a wonderful job with the backyard, so you get the comfort of having close neighbors without the intrusiveness. Pool was awesome. We definitely enjoyed it!

Mike is a great host with helpful recommendations and plenty of advice. The house is amazing. Well located, calm, clean and so convenient. The pool is huge and very deep. Everything is perfect. Felt like at home. We will be back

We had an amazing stay at this house. The proximity to Carissa’s was perfect for a daily coffee run. And the kitchen was incredibly well stocked and spacious for cooking all of our other meals. The house feels even bigger than it looks in photos with lots of room for a group to gather, eat, and hang out. Benn was super easy to communicate with throughout the whole stay. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect weekend that my family and I were looking for. Chris is a great host; responsible, responsive, and super friendly. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and clean, with AC and amenities included that made our experience unique. The pool is incredible and everything was provided to have the best time. Honestly, I highly recommend this place for any family or friends looking to spend a quiet and relaxing weekend at this outstanding place. Definitely worth it and I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

I do not even know where to begin.We had a last minute change from our other booking and was completely stressed but Harris came in and saved the day with making it so easy for us to book his house last minute.From the minute we arrived to the personalized note with fresh flowers to having every product we needed in the bathrooms .The home was beautiful and very homey and enough space for all of our guests .The location was fantastic and we can’t wait to come back .Harris was the best host and my daughter had the best week .If you are looking for a fabulous house with a great location look no further .Harris ,we can’t thank you enough.We will definitely be back .

We had the best stay! The house is exactly as pictured - chic snd clean - and the back yard and pool are fabulous! Walking distance to town, and 5 mins from anything you’d want in the Hamptons. Wedrich is incredibly responsive and helpful with everything. We had the best stay! Couldn’t recommend more.

Great location in the middle of the Hamptons - extremely close to Sag Harbor. Backyard is immaculate for a relaxing trip away from the city.

The cottage is cozy and well-appointed, nestled in a bamboo grove with a view of the sea from the front porch. Just what we needed for a weekend away from the city. Ron was super responsive when we had questions about the heaters. Easy to find and close to town. Overall a great stay.

Super quaint and cozy stay for my husband, myself, and our dog. Qiana and Chris were sooo responsive and helpful (I asked them for a few extra items while we were there). Very clean and had exactly what we needed. Thanks very much for an awesome stay!

Myshkin’s place made for a nice 3-night getaway. It is private, clean, and quiet. About 10 min drive from each Sag and EH which made for easy access to both. The private beach is a 5 min walk and was great even in the offseason. In short, it makes for a great escape in a quiet part of the Hamptons.

We brought our dog and enjoyed the fenced in yard. There was a beach that was dog friendly about a 15 minute walk away. The living room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There is a major road right next to the home which was a little loud at times but nothing crazy. I’d recommend it to others.

We had a fabulous weekend at this lovely cottage. Located on a remote peninsula surrounded by the glistening water we couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience. The amenities were both convenient and thoughtful. Although we chose to dine out, the kitchen was very modern with upscale appliances and an espresso machine. We did bbq on our last night and had a great end to our 4 night stay!

Incredible place to stay as a solo traveler. Clean, organized and efficient space with everything you could possibly need on site ! Amazing host with such knowledgeable recommendations for the surrounding area. Would absolutely stay here again & could not recommend more.

Spent to my birthday here with my husband, dogs and toddler. Had my gender reveal birthday cake, outback under the sunset. Truly magical.✨ The backyard was ideal. Was able to tie the dogs to the deck with a 20 foot leash. It kept them contained to the backyard & away from beach goers on foot and other dogs. The dunes kept the backyard private you’re not staring at your neighbors. Felt so secluded. I also have some mobility issues and you couldn’t ask for an easier way to enjoy the beach & get your toes in the sand. The house & deck are spacious and easy to navigate with a walker. Was able to add extra days to our stay. Would 100% stay here again.
