We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming old house. It’s full of character, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the private yard — perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or relaxing under the stars in the evening. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, always quick to respond and full of thoughtful local recommendations. Thanks to them, we discovered a few amazing winery with surprisingly good wine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This was a peaceful and authentic experience — perfect for anyone looking to slow down and enjoy the local charm. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful weekend at Andrew’s place in East Hampton. It was gorgeous, perfect location, perfect layout, and such a central location to everything. It was incredibly clean and organized and the backyard was beautiful for relaxing. Andrew was also a terrific host- he left us beverages, was super communicative and flexible and I’m so happy I stayed here. Hopefully I’ll rent again soon!!

Manuel (along with Lorena) we exceptional hosts. Always responsive, friendly, accommodating and just a pleasure to deal with. The house is wonderful. Well cared for, charming and a joy to visit. The location was incredible walking distance to both the jitney and the train! The yard was amazing, lush, quiet and beautifully landscaped. The pool and spa were top notch and we will definitely be coming back. Wow

This was now my second trip at Gary’s Southampton cottage, and it was equally as fantastic as my first! Inside, the place was spotless, and on the porch is a grill as well as a fireplace. We took advantage of both, grilling almost every day, and capping our nights with s’mores by the pit. Gary’s cottage is in the perfect location! Downtown is only a 15 minute walk away, where you will find plenty charming boutiques as well as a CVS and some grocery stores for your convenience. The beach is only 15 minute walk away as well. Luckily, Gary is very generous and provided us with bikes, so we were able to cut those times in half. He was also very generous and allowed us to use the pool and hot tub when the main house guests were gone. Even when there are main house guests, the cottage is tucked behind a large hedge, giving you separation and privacy. Overall, fantastic place and fantastic host, highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The house was pristine and the kitchen was very well stocked. The cottage was very close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a beach vacation!

We very much enjoyed staying in Meredith’s place. The cottage is surrounded by trees so it feels secluded and peaceful. The cottage is elegantly decorated; there were so many nice books around which we enjoyed checking out. Meredith was so nice and responsive. We will definitely go back.

Our visit was utilitarian. We needed accommodations for us, our grown children and grandchildren and a dog. But the site of the cottage, its charm, its comfort made us wish we were staying another week. James' thoughtfulness went beyond any other Airbnb hosts' that we've experienced. Everything we might need if we were staying 10 days was there, clean, labeled. Thank you, James.

The interior and backyard of this Airbnb are absolutely gorgeous - even prettier in person. The backyard has beautiful landscaping, a lovely fire pit, lots of seating and a large lawn perfect for dogs - it feels luxurious. The interior is expertly designed with peaceful coastal colors, a working fireplace and warm lighting. There is only one bathroom, which could be tight depending on the number of guests, but it was stocked with Aesop products and everything was sparkling clean. Stephen was very communicative and provided some great recommendations, including a quiet and dog friendly beach only a few minutes away. Highly recommend!

Great weekend on the North Shore of LI. My husband and I came for a wedding in the area and we were so happy we stayed at the cottage. The beach is so close we walked over and everything we needed was right there. We even enjoyed some wine and cheese on the outside porch before we walked to dinner at Legends. Would definitely recommend and hope we can get back to the cottage again.

Rich’s place was perfect for our long weekend visit. It has lots of space, all the amenities we needed, plus was cozy and quiet. We were comfortable and Rich was flexible and easy to communicate with. We’re happy we found his place.

Jordan was a great host and very communicative. The home was more spacious than it appears from the outside. But it had everything you could need. It was clean and ready when we arrived. It was fun finding the secret bathroom! It was a very short drive to the major shopping area in East Hampton. It’s also a short drive to the Cookery which is great place to grab breakfast pastries, soups and salads. We enjoyed our stay!

The cottage was very cute and in a fabulous location. It had a nice outdoor space that we enjoyed. Coffee shops and restaurants right around the corner (Jack’s was our go to spot), beach was a short 15 min walk (saw 2 whale sitings), and the town was the best in area). We highly recommend Round Swamp Farms which was our go-to grocery and pre-prepared foods spot! Diana was a very accommodating, responsive and flexible host. Thank you for the stay!

I stayed for 17 nights during September. Would highly recommend Katharine’s charming beach cottage to any traveler looking to spend time in Sag Harbor. The home is full of light. Spent many evenings enjoying dinner outside on the deck. I didn’t have a car but I brought my bike from the city. The walk into the main Sag Harbor village takes 35 mins, or 10 mins bike.

Susan is a fantastic host and the cottage is a lovely place to stay. Steps from the beach and a quick drive into town plus pool access right out your door. Susan was great to interact with. We definitely plan to come back.

I had a wonderful relaxing time in this charming, well-apportioned cottage. There is a beautiful view over the marsh to short beach and it’s a great spot to see local birds - herons, red-winged blackbirds, etc. A trolley line that’s been converted to a hiking trail runs through the marsh and makes for a great walk. Lots of other fun walks nearby. it’s very quiet and cozy but still just a quick 10 minute jaunt to New Haven The piano and turntable were neat features and the house was nicely maintained and decorated. You can tell the host is very attentive to detail and committed to keeping things pristine. He was also super friendly and responsive I would gladly return to this spot next time Im in the area and heartily recommend to anyone looking to relax and recharge

Beautiful view, close to downtown, easy parking. The apartment was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with my mom and siblings over Thanksgiving weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The entrance was a little hard to find at night, but Allison's directions made it easier. The house was notably spotless. We joked that we must have been the first guests based on how clean it was. All of the beds were comfortable, the house was nice and quiet, and we genuinely had no complaints! So happy we found this place. Allison is a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this stay to anyone and hope to stay here again!
