This is our second time at Alex’s place and we will be back! The birds and peacefulness are the big draw for us. 31 species of birds at the house. Super clean and very comfortable beds. A true oasis.

Our stay at this quaint home in Tubac was perfect for us. From the minute we stepped inside we felt right at home. The place was easy to find, in a great location, the neighbors are friendly, and I enjoyed walking the Anza trail located really close by. We needed to adjust our departure date by a day and Jan was very helpful and accommodated our needs immediately. The power went out in the entire area (weather related due to a rare summer storm) and the emergency light in the hallway saved us. Jan checked in on us the next day to make sure everything was okay. Great host! If you get a chance to visit the cute town of Tubac, you should stay here.

We found Beth's place to be very peaceful and quiet but also very close to shopping and Tucson. As hikers Madera Canyon was quite close and has a good variety of trails. Day trips to Kartchner Caverns and Kitt Peak were very accessible.
